I bought this Hatchimals set for my niece and it was a huge hit. The eggs and characters are the perfect size for little hands—small enough to be easy to play with but sturdy and not flimsy. The hatching feature is fun and interactive, with the water color change making it exciting to see which character is inside. The figures have a smooth, slightly soft feel that’s comfortable to handle, and the accessories attach easily for imaginative play. Everything feels well-made and durable, holding up nicely even with repeated play and reattaching the wings. Overall, it’s a fun, high-quality toy that keeps kids entertained and engaged.

I really like these little hatching toys and so do my kids . I think they are a fun sunrise to see what’s inside. They are small and so is the toys inside. The eggs are super easy to use! My kids sometimes make a small mess with the water but it’s worth it in my opinion.

Never have I ever been just as excited as a toddler. These are great quality, light up my toddlers eyes, and actually function like real hatching eggs!! They’re also long lasting & keep my toddler occupied!

My kids are absolutely obsessed with these Hatchimals! The "Rainbow Splash" theme is adorable, and the color-reveal eggs definitely added a layer of excitement to the unboxing process. The little figures are cute, and the ten accessories provide a good amount of extra "play" once the hatching is done. Seeing their faces light up as the colors appeared was definitely a highlight. However, as a parent who has been buying Hatchimals for years, I’m only giving this 4 stars because the "shrinkflation" is becoming hard to ignore. It feels like the materials have gotten a bit cheaper over time, and you seem to get less for a higher price point than we did with previous versions. The egg carton itself is a nice storage piece, but everything inside feels a bit more lightweight and simplified compared to the older sets. At the end of the day, if you’re looking for a gift that will keep a child entertained and happy, this set hits the mark. Just be prepared for the fact that you’re paying a bit of a premium for the brand name and the "reveal" experience rather than the actual amount of toy you're getting!

This was so fun to watch hatch! Keep a towel close, the color gets messy when the water goes in. I only wish the pieces could be reused and put back together after it hatches!

a Trashy toy and expensive. My granddaughter got about 15 minutes of fun out of cracking the eggs and was then left to the carpet sweeper

I just bought this for my daughter. And both cute little guys did not come with their wings… so disappointing!
