I love the flexibility. If it gets bent out of shape, it straightens out again. And I like the color, since I've lost other fins that were hard to see underwater.

I bought this for paddling in rivers, thinking it would be less likely to break if I hit a rock in shallow water. It broke the first time I hit a rock in shallow water. However, it worked well before I broke it and I imagine the flexibility helped cushion the blow a bit.

At high speed I whacked a submerged ?cypress knob? that send me flying forward. Luckily my board wasn't ruined. Buy this fin-stiff enough to steer/maneuver yet won't ruin your board when (NOT IF-WHEN!) you hit an underwater object. Lots cheaper than extensive fiberglass work, and will let you keep SUPing on your trip!

While it will not be installed on my SUP until summer, it looks well made, has the standard attachment points and bends nicely without breaking. This appears to be exactly what I need for shallow water and river paddling. I am happy with this product and its price plus the color options.

This "flex soft" fin is as hard as my FCS II clip in fin. I was looking for something flexible enough to bounce off some rocks on a river. The seller's videos show that the colored fins are flexible to I am returning this one and going to try a green one. Maybe just the black one isn't flexible.

These are great universal fins. Use them at a summer camp where campers are often dropping boards into the sand fin down. They flex fins aren't breaking at all and provide great tracking when out on the water.

Added this to a Yolo racing board and turns are a lot faster

Firm enough for surfing. Soft enough for safety.

This worked wonderful I called the manufacturer in the U.S. Who turned me on to Amazon.com because would have been too costly with taxes and postage to sen to Canada. We got it in 2 days works wonderfully. The only exception is the screw which they do not include and is difficult to find U.S. To Canada size need to go to a specialty hardware store.
