Can I add an isolated ground bar to this?

ECGB5 or ECGB10 can be field added to this unit. These are ground bars, but they are not insulated.

Can I use this as a generator inlet if I use 100amp and 30amp breakers with the lugs feeding my indoor panel? Is there an interlock kit that will fit?

Should be able to find an interlock. This one's rated for total 125A current, so should work for what you need on 100A service. Surprised you still have 100A. Assuming old home or mobile home in your case, like mine.

Can this run a qf260a circuit breaker and a q3020 circuit breaker
