Ideal book to beat sleep issues.
Best book in the market to correct sleep related problems and overcome it. But remember only reading is not enough you have to follow the steps to get results. Highly recommended for the people dealing with insomnia or sleep misconceptions, etc.

Brilliant and fact based
As always, the late, great Dr Mosley's book is full of scientific facts about sleep (rather than misleading information from social media posts). I am halfway through this informative, sensible book and look forward to incorporating some scientifically backed sleep strategies into my daily routine.

A useful book but nothing I hadn't read before.

probably the best thing book to read if you have difficulty sleeping
Really interesting book, packed with lots of interesting information that helps you to understand why people do not sleep well, it helped me to readjust my sleeping habits for good, i now feel much better. Read it and see what it can do for you.

New things to try
Yes this is another book on sleep but there are lots of new things to try as well as the ones we’ve all heard of. It’s easy to read and you can skip to anything that doesn’t apply. I’ve never looked at diet. So I’ve started the Mediterranean diet and although I’ve not see any results in my sleep I have lost to some weight. Worth reading.
