It was amazing and in such great condition. Looked brand new, did have a hiccup when starting it up. It has been resolved though and is doing fine now.

Initially it was good and performing good, however, now after about 8 months only, the battery drain so fast, doesn’t last for 3 hours, display got horizontal lines, so, I’d not recommend anyone to buy it, I’d save the $550 toward new Apple MacBook pro with financing rather this piece if garbage. And if course, you are done, lost your money and no way back, with Apple I’d save my money and get a replacement immediately.

The laptop was defective upon receipt, however, customer service at Chrome Source was extremely helpful and responsive. The replacement unit was shipped very quickly; however, during transit, the laptop sustained damage and was returned to the supplier. Max, my customer service rep at Chrome Source, was in daily contact with me leaving vm, and texts appraising me of the status of the unit. He expedited the shipment of a new laptop and within days the new unit arrived in perfect working order. Chrome Source provided a 1 year warranty and a bonus gift of wireless earphones with charging case. The quality of the laptop is excellent and is a joy to use. I highly recommend purchasing from Chrome Source and give high praise to Max for their excellent and caring customer service.

Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it. I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

I purchased the "Excellent Quality" option, and feel the laptop meets this rating just fine. I looks basically new and performs fine. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that as indicated the accessory charger is generic. That's usually ok with me, BUT when I charged the MacBook overnight while turned off, I awoke to a streaming hot laptop, that when started up, caused the fans to whirl for 10-15 minutes until cooled down. So, I went on eBay and bought a used OEM Apple charger which incurred an additional cost I wasn't planning on. I don not believe these refurbed laptops are being tested with the generic chargers that are supplied with them.

Came with not a scratch on it. New charger no problems, battery good and even came a few days early ! Excellent condition.

The MacBook's condition felt below Amazon's "Good" category for refurbished items. It had chips, scratches, and a dent on the top right of the screen seemed more "Acceptable" than "Good." It arrived MDM-locked to an unknown company. Apple couldn't locate the MDM account but identified the buyer as a school district. They shared a third-party guide, and believe it or not, it worked, allowing me to factory reset the laptop and use the laptop as my own. Since I’ve already invested so much time troubleshooting, I’ll keep it and might add a skin to cover the scratches and chips. I would advise anyone buying refurbished MacBook i9s to purchase from a reputable seller and consider opting for "Excellent" condition rather than "Good."

Died after 6 months and wont turn on. I guess thats why you don't buy second hand. Seller says it is past 3 months and they cannot do anything about it. They definitely sold me a defective product with a faulty motherboard.

Me llego en tiempo y forma, excelente la ram. No le veo detalles tiene buena estética lo único que pasa es que un usb c, no está funcionando. Pero todo lo demás ok. Si se ve bastante cuidada. Por el precio veo bien el equipo. Se sobrecalento y ya no encendio
