Well made, comfortable

I bought both the large and the extra large due to the conflicting size charts. The size chart at the top of the page is wrong. The correct size guide is buried way down under item description. I have 40” hips and a 41” waist. Both sizes fit. The large is snug and the extra large is more relaxed. I bought these for a testicular surgery and it turned out I benefited from both sizes. Heavy swelling for two weeks post surgery and the need to fit a heavy incontinence liner into the pouch made the extra large a better choice. After two weeks with the reduced swelling and no longer using a liner, the large offered better support. One pair out of the four had some construction issues. The rest were flawless. Ten weeks after purchase I inquired about getting help with the one flawed item and I received a replacement in the mail 3 days later. This is a high integrity company that offers excellent customer service. UPDATE: 11-11-2020 Dropped to two stars due to the elastic threading coming loose on all of them. This is with a gentle wash and hang to dry. Some started unraveling after the first wash, others it took 8 or 9 washes. On one pair only the GOLDBERG sewn in logo on the front is fraying. I hate that because they fit and support really well and look like quality. I wash all 4 pair at the same time and every time they come out of the washer all knotted up by one or two very long threads that have wrapped themselves around everything. FIVE YEAR UPDATE. With little use and avoiding the dryer, they are all still hanging in there. They also eventually quitting fraying and no more issues. I have a 40” waist with 37” hips and the large has the best fit. These are the most comfortable jock straps I’ve tried. I use them exclusively to hold a men’s incontinence guard in the correct shape and position. Their cup is a little bit larger than average so this brand works better for that purpose. Quibbles. The elastic waistband needs to be tighter. These low slung, hip hugging, look sexy jock straps are stupid. They don’t want to stay up. The inside and outside of the waistband is way too slick. Especially the exterior. Your pants have nothing to hang onto. This is a working type jockstrap, and not a decorative item. The added weight of using incontinence guards and ice makes it harder to keep them up. The inclusion of some type of scent control would really be appreciated since it’s about impossible to get the body odor out of polyester.

These are the best fitting athletic supporters. They fit well and are comfortable to wear. Highly recommended.

I've tried a number of brands, and these Goldberg supporters are the best I've found. I'm a 34 waist, and the medium fits snugly at the waist and hips, and feels very secure all-around without being too tight. The waist and leg straps are highly elastic and wide enough that they don't roll, and seem stay in place. Instead of constant adjustments, I found that I forget I'm wearing a jockstrap. After purchasing a 2-pack, I ordered more.

This jock is great, the fit is snug but comfortable. Classic look but more modern feel, not scratchy or rough at all. I wear it to the gym and it’s been the best underwear for working out I’ve ever tried. Okay, the reason I only gave it 3 stars is that it’s falling apart. It’s a great jock but I put it in the wash with socks, washed on gentle cycle, and the elastic has started to unravel. I may pick up another pack and I guess hand wash? Anyways, great jock. Would highly recommend if not for the problem with its durability.

Seems to be very high-quality materials. Very stretchy and supportive. I would recommend taking a lighter to seal the ends of the straps where they’re sewn together to minimize fraying. Overall, very pleased - recommend.

Amazing fit. Originally purchased for LinguiniaL hernia support and was more than pleasantly surprised by the wider band which gives perfect support. First day wearing and first day no pain. (Hernia belts are too bulky) I’m sure after surgery this jock will also be perfect to wear during recovery and sports thereafter.

Received only one. Raised a complaint, but there was no reply.
