HYDRATION MIX / Mixed Berry - 20 Servings

Play tennis year round in SW Florida and I have to work hard to redyrate and replace essential electrolytes. In the summers this becomes critical. So I was eager to try Biosteel having read that it is the simiilar formula of the white and pink drinks one sees the pros drinking during matches. It has no sugar which is a real plus for me. I have only tried the mixed berry. Flavorwise it's fine. I played with the dilution until it worked for me and make sure I drink plenty of water as well as Biosteel during matches. Am finding I have more energy with Biosteel than previous products I've used.

Product works great,seems to give a good boost of energy, not a grainy feel, a smooth natural boost. Taste takes a little getting used too, but it grows on you.

I wanted to give this 5 stars. The taste is delicious! Probably the best on the market but I could not believe how the package came less than 1/2 full. It was almost laughable how little was actually in the small package. I hope it was just a fluke. The taste really is delish! Like cotton candy

Use this for cycling. It does work as advertised. It tastes awful compared to stuff like Skratch. Works better though. It's also prohibitively expensive.

Provides hydration & electrolytes after exercising or being in the sun too long. Very refreshing and tastes great. Mixes well.

I have been drinking this for just a couple of weeks, and like that this product is sugar free. I do a lot of bike riding and drink it before and after riding. I don't mind the taste, especially since there is no sugar - which is a big plus. I mix one scoop in about 12 oz of water, so it is not super strong tasting. I will buy this again.

Great flavor. I like the fact that there is no sugar or caffeine. Great for my heart according to my cardiologist. I need the electrolytes! Sweetened with stevia! By far the best sport drink I’ve found. It also gives me lots of energy!

This comes as a powder, so it's not as easy to grab as a bottled sports drink. It also has a kool-aid like taste, but you can vary the powder to water ratio to adjust the taste, and it does seem to grow on you as you get used to it. What we really like about the Biosteel is that it doesn't have carb or calories, which aren't necessary for sports recovery, especially for my son, who has diabetes. We will continue to buy this.

Also, for the number of servings, I do find it a bit on the pricey side. One of the better-tasting hydration mixes I’ve tried. Not too sweet, mixes well, and gives a nice boost on busy days or after working out. I like that there’s no sugar and the ingredient list is straightforward. It’s become a regular in my routine.

It gets me to drink water and tastes okay but a little bit like medicine

Mieux que certaines marque et pas besoin de mettre le pot complet comme certaines marque populaire pour que ça goûte et en plus , c'est de vrai électrolyte alors ça aide après ou pendant l'entraînement. N'en mettez pas trop au début car le goût est vraiment là, allez s'y petit à petit selon votre goût.

Im on Keto and this has helped with hydration and electrolytes levels, taking headaches away. Very happy with the product. I only wish they fill the container to the top, it’s not cheap for 3/4 container 🙄. I got the mix berry one, a bit too sweet but I add a bit more water. Overall, it serves its purpose.
