Absolutely hands down the BEST CPAP PRODUCT EVER!
I am so glad I ignored the bad reviews! THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! I have a small face, I have tried 15-20 masks thru my doctor and Amazon. For 5 years I have compromised with a leaking Wisp Small nasal mask because I cant get an Extra Small. I must need a kid size, they dont make small enough masks for women. Even the ResMed for Her is too big. My rosacea skin was raw and painful, getting worse and my hair has been pulled tight in a permanent ponytail because of head gear. I bought the Bleep Halo starter kit. Life changing! I will NEVER use any other kind of mask. Its that good. I didnt think I could sleep with stuff stuck to my face and I dont even feel it anymore. I have been using the Bleep a little over a month now. I couldnt figure out how to cut the pads at first. Basically just trim the end by the metal ring to be the width of your septum going across, so it doesnt cover the other nose hole. I take off about half the width to fit my nose (see photo). Put the pad on your nose so it is horizontal, with the metal ring centered over your nasal hole. I anchor the ring right next to the edge of the septum and the bottom part of the pad/ring tight against my upper lip/face. I cut a small slit in the top and bottom on the other end to wrap the pad around the rest of my nose. Repeat with the other side. It takes me less than a minute now. I premark and cut a bunch of pads at a time using a leftover paper template from an old pad. I have a Left and Right template (connected as 1 piece) as I leave my right pad longer than my left at the septum (middle of nose). To sleep, I use a CPAP hose holder from Amazon. I put a small pillow or stuff animal under the connection point where the tubing connects and is heavy (about 1 foot down from the nose connection) and place it at the top of my pillow. This keeps the weight elevated and doesnt pull on my nose. There are 2 small tabs on the magnet nose connector, those face away from you. Remove the nose piece by pushing and sliding the magnets away from you. Dont pull, it will tug and break. Very strong, the magnets hold all night long and the adhesive stays put. With Rosacea and a latex allergy, I am allergic to many adhesives, including 3M ones. My skin is actually much clearer since using this system now. I havent had any reaction at all to the adhesive. I wash my skin with water only at night (no oils) and then wipe my nose with a rubbing alcohol pad. I have oily skin and the pads stay on all night. I did buy the Smith and Nephew Skin Prep Protective Barrier Wipes in case of adhesive problems, but I didnt need them. They do make the pads stick even better, if you have issues. I also bought Hypafix Dressing Retention Tape to fix possible leaks but also dont need. Hypafix works amazing but really really sticks. The Halo pads are great just as they come so I didnt need these 2 products others recommended. Pads are a 1 time use, but for the difference this has made in my sleep, I am willing to pay $1/night. I tried to reuse but really couldnt. I also use Guru Nanda Mouth tape. Dry mouth in the morning means CPAP isnt working because your sleeping with your mouth open. Husband doesnt think the pig look is sexy but I finally dont wake up all night long or have constant headaches. I cant thank the inventor enough for changing the CPAP mask game. I had heard of these but didnt know they were actually available. I am so very happy with the Bleep Eclipse Halos!!!!

No more hissing or head-gear hair!
I was so skeptical I nearly decided NOT to try this. I couldn't believe that the stickers would hold; and If they did that I could tolerate the way they felt on my face. I couldn't believe the magnets could hold well enough or be airtight enough to even come close to working. But then I thought hey worst case I hate it and I return it. I'm very happy to say that I'm really, really glad I took the chance! This is a game changer for CPAP users. Honestly, It does take a little bit of getting used to having stickers on your nose lol - but only a little. And it is SO worth it! I've been using it for a week now and now I'm suddenly afraid that they're going to stop making it and I'll have to go back to the old nasal cushion. No more noisy leaks no more waking up every time I move to make sure that my mask doesn't get knocked out of place and start blowing air all over the place. For me the real game changer is not having headgear. I was starting to get a permanent cowlick in the back of my head from the headgear always laying in the same exact spot night after night after night. I tried multiple haircuts to try to mitigate the problem and nothing did. The magnets stick perfectly in place on the rings there is no hissing at all. With the masks even if you didn't have an air leak there was still always a bit of a hiss and air leaking out the front by design which was the most annoying thing that I could never ever ever get used to after 3 years. The bleep magnetic system is the most simple elegant useful problem solving CPAP solution that someone should have thought of a long long time ago. Thank you Bleep - I haven't had such good nights sleep since I started using a CPAP machine!

This was worth the Try
I got this Replacement Kit because I wear a cpap. I didn't want the headgear to put too much pressure on my eye area (I had just had surgery on the upper eye lids not to mention I do Botox and lip fillers), so decided to try this. It DOES work well. Regarding the nose stick pieces, be sure you get them on the 1st time right or if you remove and try and reapply, they just don't re-stick. This is a great idea, and for some it could work well per the video I watch before buying. The magnets are very powerful and do their job. I gave it 3 stars just to be honest with my experience. It's a game changer for some, but not for me. The problem I had was once I got everything in place, I tried to sleep and with every move, roll to get comfortable, this would pull on my nose in that direction slightly feeling like there was the constant pulling on my nose. For me, it kind of itched. With my other nasal mask, and small head gear (P10), It doesn't do this. Because I am a light sleeper, this headgear also was a tad noisy and still did its job. There's a filter/covering and as you breath, I could hear wind just enough to keep me awake. I am a very light sleeper, so this was not working for me. Overall, it's very worth the try and yes expensive but well worth the try to see if there could be less pressure on the face from other headgears. This product is also very well made and was very compatible with my ResMed cpap machine existing hose. Overall, if you are on the fence, just try this. It could make a huge difference for you but not me, the light sleeper and itchy nose. lol

I liked this system before, but this upgrade is awesome
I have been following the bleep system for some years now, and was regularly using their updated version with more flexible hose and cotton pads that softened the ventilation (maybe 2 years). It was a good product, but took some weeks to figure out how to apply the "nose stickers" so they adhered well through the night. I found the mask to be quite fiddly to attach and noted they would be impossible to work if a person had coordination issues or limited finger strength (long acrylic nails didn't help, either). Now that Bleep has created the same system without the fiddly clips and improved the cotton pads, I think it is a slam dunk: I like how the metal washer does not touch the skin and so don't have to worry about skin sensitivity. Also, the strength of the magnets is fabulous and my mask leakage is absolutely zero beyond the amount which naturally vents out of the mask for your out-breath and continuous pressure. You read that right- NO LEAKAGE The nose sticker position had to change a little with the new system, but I got that down after about 2 weeks of experimentation. Easy now. Adhesion is excellent once you learn to use it well. I've yanked my face sideways, hard, more than once with a careless movement catching the hose...and there was no leakage after that either. Please note the nose stickers can have some issues with adhesion that are correctable. I have oily skin and so would wash my nose area with a non-moisturizing soap and dry it on a clean towel via patting and immediately apply the stickers. This worked for me. I see the company also offers wipes, and you can purchase other drying/oil reducing products that suit your needs too, I imagine. When you remove the stickers, get your fingernail under an edge and pull, gently allowing the adhesive to let go (takes like 3 seconds). If you go too fast, you might irritate/bruise the delicate skin closer to your eyes. If you sweat, cool yourself down somehow with less blankets or a fan- copious amounts of sweat will undermine the quality of the adhesion and you may have to a wash and reapply mid way through the night (this has only happened to me after nightmares maybe 2 times a year- so not a big issue). I find the new way the nose section of the mask clips onto the hose part to be improved and more stable, and easier to clean and re-connect. Yay Replacement schedules seem about right for my needs and admittedly lazy cleaning schedule of the equipment. I use both physically washing with soap and the ozone machine (travel ozone kits from amazon are cheaper than the ones you find at the CPAP store, btw) Nose stickers are expensive- yep, they are. However, after calculating the cost of using a conventional mask (after insurance) with several replacements through the year, it ran me about the same amount. However, this method doesn't leave any marks on my face and has ZERO LEAKAGE!!!! So, it was an easy choice for me. Note for first time users: This will only work if you have a script for nose-only interface with your CPAP. Also, your skin will be sore after the fist night of wearing the stickers and having them tug a bit. I went back and forth between my previous mask and the Bleep system every other day for about a week, then two days with the Bleep to one with the previous mask. Then I was adjusted after two weeks. Now, have fun wearing glasses, having nice hair, not having to "adjust" your mask 15 times a night, and being able to sleep with your face buried flat into a pillow! P.S. for placement, I'm considering making a tiny mark on all the stickers at the center top, sides and bottom and using that to help with getting them in the right spot every time. I do good 98% of the time, but 100% would be better. HEY BLEEP- Please add these marks in a future version!

Disappointed with Quality, Pricing & Shipping Cost
DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED: this seems like an CONCEPT or idea But the actual product is very disappointing. Before I go into More detail About my product experience, couple of big highlights here. Unlike most other Amazon products, this Product is NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE if you open the package. If you needed the product sooner than their usual longer ship time they charge You a whopping $34.99 For 2-3 day shipping. The box that arrive is very Small and lightweight which no way should cost this much. Seems like manufacturer trying to exploit some very desperate people. Halos, are made with material like medical tape, can only be used once. For example while applying the halos to your nose, tape folded, you can not fix that. You have to throw away that halos and use a new one. Frame for halos seems overpriced to me.

These are a vast improvement over the first generation. They are particularly good for me as I can no longer wear masks that contact my cheeks due to the pressure. Great product.

Game Changing! Wow! Wow! Wow!
I cannot use ordinary masks due to sensitivity to silicone. I have tried multiple variations over three years with mixed results. Last fall, I was looking again for a better solution. Everything I tried was inconsistent. They would leak, slide around on my face, get in the way. Ugh! I had seen this brand and had not paid any attention to it. Then on Reddit I read several comments regarding how much of a difference it made. The manufacturer has an earlier version I do not like. But this one is incredible! It took several attempts to figure out how to apply these disc on the nostril. Plus, they did not always want to stay attached. With the help of the person that invented this device I discovered the secret. I use 4 strips of Hypafix tape. One I starting using the tape, I was able to adhere the nose pieces on correctly-well I have slept wonderfully. I slide the primary hose under my pillow, attach the magnet hose to the halos, and sleep peacefully. Occasionally I don’t sleep well, more my issue. And the best part, for the first time in over four years I can now cuddle in bed with my beautiful spouse, instead of being on opposite sides of the bed. Or different rooms. It rare I do not have a good nights sleep!
