VR worked again
After last meta update on the quest 2, VR stopped working. Replacing with this resolved the issue and the VR is working again

Battery was excellent but I lacked the dexterity to put it in and ruined it. Don't try this yourself!

Used parts!
It appears the plastic case and the metal cover were reused from an old unit. The battery looks clean and might be new, but how can I trust it? I would hate to get this all installed and have the battery not work! It’s a tedious job to take this apart and replace the battery again.

BATTERY RED LIGHT INFORMATION
I have a Meta Quest 2 and when my battery dies and I plug in the headset the led indicator light is red. It's not flashing it's a solid red led light and it charges fine. ***PER META QUEST 2 WEBSITE*** Headset is plugged in (charging) GREEN/SOLID/CHARGED ORANGE/SOLID/CHARGING RED/SOLID/LOW NO LIGHT/NONE/BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING BLUE-RED/BLINKING/FULLY DISCHARGED (DEAD BATTERY) Also, there is a fix if it is not charging even after being plugged in for a while. Hold the power button and let it power cycle itself about 10 times. Do not let go do the whole 10 times and it should fix it. Look it up if you want more info

Works great for about a month! Now the battery dies fairly quick (within an hour)
Worked well for about a month and now the oculus is back to running for about an hour before it dies. Not exactly an easy battery to swap so I would suggest finding a little better brand. That is unless you enjoy stripping the console completely apart to swap the battery multiple times!

Definitely not mint- but works
The battery was obviously pre owned, or at least handled before packaging (judging from the greasy fingerprints). But after performing the ifixit procedure, it works great! Probably harvested for somewhere, but it's at least legit so whatever.

Very difficult repair
Repairing (replacing the battery) on the oculus is very difficult. One mistake and your oculus is toast. I would not recommend trying to replace it unless you have expert repair experience.
