What's the difference between Blink "Tears" and Blink "Contacts" eye drops?

Blink tears are used for dry eyes. Since I do not wear contacts I am not sure what Contact drops are for. Sorry

Is this made in China?

My little bottle says product of China.

Is it .5 oz, picture shows .34 oz?

I can't be sure that I have the bottle I bought in 2016 as I try use them up in 3 months or less. The one I have now says 15ml [= 0.5 oz.]
