My husband wanted to get this for our cats. I didn't think they would like it but the youngest one plays with it every day. The older one likes to run her face along the edges. So I have been impressed with how much the girls have played with it. I will say though its not big enough for one of the cats to lay or sit on.

It's nowhere near as big as looks. You have to really stretch to get the ends together because it's so small. Then they don't stick. Once I finally got it to stay together, my kitten played with it for a minute. Realized even though he had the ball, he couldn't get it out. He quickly lost interest. He's not dumb enough to waste his time on a game designed to never go anywhere - typical smarty pants cat. It comes with cat nip. I dumped that on it. It bought this thing a few more minutes with him just chewing on it lol. I wouldn't buy it again. I should've read the reviews first. Would not recommend. Cats are just too smart to maintain any interest in this. He's not a picky cat. He plays with every single toy he has. Except this one. He gets more fun out of a wrapper than this.

My cats really liked this when I first got it, but their interest dropped off after about two weeks. They still occasionally go back to it, especially after I recently realized you can stretch it out more, but it’s nothing like the excitement it had at the beginning. The design itself is honestly fascinating. You can fold it in on itself, flip it, and change its shape in ways that make absolutely no sense to my brain. From a design and physics standpoint, it’s really cool, and that part alone made it feel worth the price at first. That said, the material is the biggest drawback. It’s made from a very thin cardboard, similar to the inner core of a paper towel or toilet paper roll, and in some places it feels even thinner. Because of that, the edges bend easily, and my cats have been able to chew parts of it. Once those edges bend, it becomes harder to reshape, and the ball that runs inside the track popped out pretty quickly. When the ball goes missing, interest drops even more. Size was another point of confusion at first. Initially, it looks too small for a cat to sit inside, and a cat wouldn’t instinctively realize it can be stretched. Once fully stretched out, kittens can fit inside it comfortably, and I do think a larger cat could fit if they manually stretched it themselves. I didn’t realize this at first, and stretching it did help renew some interest. It’s worth noting that the ends connect using magnets, which isn’t clearly explained. When I first opened it, it looked like the laminated ends needed to be peeled to reveal adhesive, and I almost did that. Once the ends are brought close together, the magnets snap into place, but clearer instructions would have helped. For the price, it feels overpriced given the materials and durability. If it were made from something sturdier, I’d probably feel very differently about it. As it is, it’s a neat, one-time novelty that my cats enjoyed briefly, but it’s not something I would buy again. I don’t regret trying it, and it’s definitely an interesting design, just not long-lasting enough to justify the cost.

Don’t waste your money- one is so tiny it’s almost useless, two are better but the magnets didn’t work on one end- double sided tape helped

This was cool. I misread ao I wasnt expecting a small round cardboard like toy. It didnt stretch as large as the video, they def cant sit on it. Maybe smaller cats can. 4lbs and under. I have large sphynxs. But they did love making it go round n round.
