Works flawlessly
I love that this little accessory (that admittedly should have been built into the device already) allows you to charge the device while still using the new provided 3.5 mm jack for microphones. You obviously need to keep the original door in a safe place and replace it if you go under water as this accessory takes away the ip rating. In the end, this is plug and play and works flawlessly.

Great for adding an external mic, but data transfer needs fixing
I’m quite pleased with this Insta360 Mic Adapter! It does exactly what you’d hope—it lets you connect an external mic while charging your camera, which is incredibly convenient for longer shoots or vlogging on the go. The combo of a USB-C charging port alongside the 3.5mm mic input is a thoughtful design touch that makes multi-tasking simple and seamless. Amazon That said, I dock a star because the USB-C port only handles charging—it doesn’t support data transfer. If you're expecting to transfer files through that port, you'll have to plug your camera in separately. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something to be aware of before purchasing.

Very Well Made Adapter - I Just Wish I Didn't Need It
It's hard to like this product because I wish I didn't need it in the first place. I recently purchased some external wireless mics and this adapter is required to connect the mics to my Insta360 Ace action camera. Lame. PROS: - Installation is easy. The door on the camera is removed without any tools by opening the door to a 45 degree angle and pulling on it. The door will pop off and you are ready to plug the adapter into the USB-C port on the camera. - The adapter connects to the camera very securely. Once it snaps into place you don't have to worry about it falling off. - Audio and power pass-through work exactly as expected. CONS: - The camera is no longer waterproof when this is attached. The door that covers the USB-C port on the camera has to be removed to install this adapter. - The USB-C port on this adapter does not provide a data connection - it only provides power. If you are in a situation where you are recording audio from an external mic, and you want to quickly review your recording on a larger screen, you have to remove this adapter before plugging the camera into a USB-C cable to transfer the video files to a PC.

Ace proに使用しています。2の方ならbluetoothマイク対応なので必ずしも必要ないですが、Ace proには必須です。外部マイクと充電用にUSBケーブルを接続するために使いますが必要十分です。ただし防水性は無くなるようなので扱いには注意が必要でしょう。

roPPoco que decir, cumple con su cometido, poder enchufar un micro de clavija jacket. Cuando se conecta a la cámara hay que asegurarse de que ha encajado bien .
