Worst Product and also Supplier
I purchased this UPS on 4 June 2026 through Amazon. From the beginning, the UPS has not been functioning properly.The issues I am facing are:The UPS does not hold a proper charge.Even when the mains power (EB supply) is available, the UPS suddenly switches off.My house has a stable power connection, and I also have a separate voltage stabilizer/backup setup, so the issue is not due to the power supply.Only one desktop computer is connected to the UPS, and the load is well within its capacity.Despite this, the UPS frequently turns off and fails to provide continuous power.Worst Product.Not Recomended

Deducted 4 stars for not sharing correct information to consumers.Input rating is mentioned - 140 to 300 V but it doesn’t work above 250 V.As my unit was not working during high voltage, I lodge a complaint in helpline. Then service engineer informed me that max input voltage is 250V, during high voltage (above 250V) it will not work.Highly disappointed with wrong rating mentioned on product. Not recommended at all !
