Pretty good, does single, double and a "long" press. If you use something like home assistant with a Zigbee dongle, this'll work fine. I use it for triggering a "do not disturb" setting, and a few other things. Connection has been consistently reliable. It claims to have a battery life of up to 5 years, and that checks out - I've had this since November 2024 (18 months ago) and it's still reporting 100% battery (which has to be a mistake). But even 18 months on a simple cheap CR2477 battery is decent.

Update: 12/01/2025: As of update 1.7.0 of the Zigbee Bridge Ultra, the button is exposed properly to Homekit and Home Assistant. I did end up paying to try the IFTTT integration and and am happy to report that this works fine for whoever wants that, albeit with a slight latency delay for actions to occur. Local control is of course better so I really appreciate this issue being fixed. It still doesn't show up in Google Home but that may just be a Google issue, I don't really use that much anyway but had it bridged simply because of how easy the Hub I'm using makes it do this. The main things I care about are using this button with Apple Home and Home Assistant and they are both working fine now. ----- First of all, I promise to update this review if there's any updates. - The general quality of the button seems fine - You can press it, double press it and long press it as advertised - Pairing is simple and easy as I've come to expect with SONOFF (the eWelink app could be improved a little bit though to ask what to name the device and which room to put it in. I also wish the name exposed over Matter was the name you use for devices in the settings. If the Zigbee Bridge software could be updated to do that then that would be marvellous. It's a bit hard to find duplicate devices sometimes when you have more than one of the same device and they all have generic product names) HOWEVER: - The button does not show up in Google Home - The button shows up in Home Assistant (linked with Matter), however it is listed as "Unknown" I am aware that Matter as an ecosystem is still in its infancy and some teething problems are perhaps expected and will update this review accordingly if this is fixed. As it stands, don't buy this if you want to use it with Google Home or Home Assistant (over Matter). I would like to try to the IFTTT support (which could be used with webhooks to workaround this) but one of the things they don't tell you in the description is that this requires a £10 a year subscription. To be fair that's not a terrible price but I'm hesitant to try it given the issues I've faced.

Easy to set up, it turns in the lights for me when I wake up in the night and then two clicks and all the lights off. Think it has three different clic settings for automation, easy to set up, adhesive to stick to anything

I'm always impressed when I open Sonoff gear, it looks somehow big and plasticky in images but so small & neat in person. This switch comes with a magnetic backing plate, which is what fixes to the wall. I don't know why it's done this way, versus the usual removable back cover (which still is removable - for the battery), and to make it worse it exposes a pointless tab with the Sonoff logo. It would be better if it were just the usual, more discreet design. Otherwise, no complaints - neat little switch for whatever you want it to do in your home!

Used for scene or event activation in home assistant. Works well, three options to press detected in HA and nodered. Range is not bad to zigbee sonoff hub, but it does need to be in the middle of the house. So all in all good product for switching lights on and off, and anything in Alexa too. They are supplied with fixing and orange magnetic plate that holds the switch to the wall. Double sided tape too.

Connects to Home Assistant using ZHA without issue. Controls my lights fine.

Product did not function. Removed battery tab and pressed on off for 5 sec as described, but nothing. Tried to get a replacement from Amazon but they claimed it was a 3rd party seller… Got there in the end but now need to order again and hope for better luck. Hoped for better service buying direct from amazon.

It's a button and it works. Like everything else I've bought from Sonoff it is cheapish, but quite reliable and easy to pair. Comes with the orange-red magnetic mount like the temperature sensors do, though I don't know how long it will be before the adhesive fails like it did on those.

Fun little device that works seamlessly with my SmartThings hub and app. No need for extra apps. It has three functions that can be mapped to any routines - single press, double press, and hold. This does introduce a slight delay however. I like that it's magnetic and sticks to the side of my washing machine easily, for turning my utility sink light on for 10 minutes (double click for 30, hold for indefinite).

A little tricky to get it setup with the app. Sometimes I felt the pressed were not registering but a reset worked. I use for heating system. 1 press for downstairs. 2 for upstairs. Hold for hot water. Can put it anywhere . Does need a hub , I'm using Samsung Smartthings

Bez problemu po załączeniu sparował sie z moją centralą Home Assistant na zigbee. Nie trzeba instalować żadnych durnych apek. Do tego ładny wygląd, całkiem solidne wykonanie.

Ces interrupteurs sont vraiment au top ! Très simples à utiliser et à installer. Ils fonctionnent parfaitement , ce qui est super pratique pour les installations existantes. La connexion est stable et rapide, et ils répondent parfaitement aux commandes. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésite

Very easy to set-up out of the box with home assistant. Only 1 button but recognises different types of press and can be programmed to perform different functions. Long battery life compared to others. Be mindful when opening the battery cover that there is safety feature. You must use the provided pin or use a paper clip to release the lock!
