I'm a landscaper and I wear white long sleeve shirts for protection from the sun and they help keep me cool. This is a perfect shirt for me. It fits perfectly thru the chest and even the cuff length is right, normally I just cut the cuffs off because they stretch almost to my finger tips. Softness is great and the fabric is really good at keeping you cool. After the first day of wearing one for work I came home and bought 4 more. Also a really good looking shirt for casual wear when running about
