The original I have filed somewhere was excellent but this is a passable new version of Zoo once you get around the complexes so that will take a while Great Capacity for choice

Bought as gift, good value for money

My wife loves playing this game and gets totally absorbed in the game and gets upset when the visitors to the zoo leave their rubbish everywhere!! I think that as time goes on, my kids will also enjoy playing this game as they are very into nature and wildlife and this helps educate in terms of the types of environment that different animals need.

So annoyed! Was sent instead of zoo tycoon 2, the expansion pack for extinct animals! Can you get more organised please! I just paid £9.92 (+£2.03) for an expansion pack! Ridiculous!

It was ok but I didn't enjoy it as much as the first Zoo Tycoon, maybe because I've aged and changed since, and so have my likes. One thing I did notice is that there seemed to be less animals, there are only about 20 when i was expecting 5x that at least.

I bought this game for my 10 year old son. He's played Zoo Tycoon on the computer at the library and really enjoyed it. He likes to build things. In this game you have to build the enclosures for each animal. You have to build a suitable habitat because your animal has to be happy for your zoo to do well. Ex: If you don't give your penguins a place to swim, they're going to be depressed and just stand there~ not a big crowd pleaser. Your zoo will lose money. You have to design all the walkways, will they be paved? gravel? flagstone? You have to place every tree, shrub, building, etc...... I believe you begin with a certain amount of money, but then what you have to work with is whatever your zoo is bringing in, so the better your zoo the greater your income and the more you can spend because you have to pay for all of the building and landscaping supplies as well as purchase the animals.

プレゼントとして購入したのですが お子さんに良い傾向が見えました。それはプレゼントしたお子さんがなんと数か月でカタコトではありますが英語を理解しているようです。ゲーム内容も動物や飼育、管理など学べて ある意味スゴイなぁ と感じました。今では入手困難ですが良い買い物が出来ました。

Bought it for my brother, really loved animals and really enjoyed the game.

This is very good game! But when I purchased is I expected it to be ONLY Zoo Tycoon 2. But when it was delivered it was the complete expansion pack.
