The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn't work?

NOTE! Please have a look on instructions about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!

"Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? —— Nope, the bucket only designs to separate "WASH" and "DRY" function!

The design that the squeezed water goes back to the "WASH" side for two reasons: 1) Keep the DRY side empty to squeeze water properly; 2) Maintain the water level in WASH side for continuous times use until customers want get the water changed.

The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?

Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilting mop at some angles maybe helpful.
