Definite upgrade from the Inspire 3 - works well and really comfortable (once strap is change)!!!
Decided to upgrade from the Inspire 3... and yes this is far better - BIGGER readable display and really comfortable (ONCE YOU CHANGE THE DEFAULT STRAP). That is my biggest issue with the Charge 6, the strap it comes with - it is SOLID silicon that doesn't allow the skin to breath. The first thing I did was to change the strap to a silicone strap with holes that allows the some air to the skin. As for the use... one of the biggest improvements is the exercise choices - this charge 6 remembers the order of the exercises you have done... so no more scrolling through all the exercises to find the one you are going to do. The battery last a good 5 or more days and I wear near enough 24/7 - and don't really notice I am wearing it. Google maps works well, but obviously you still need your phone on you - but it saves holding your phone in public (where it can be easily snatched). Overall, I would definitively recommend - even though you WILL change the strap, I will still rate it 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ based on price, quality, performance and features.

I'm alive and I have proof
I'm not expert at these devices but I can't tell you that it measures everything well (at least consistently). You get a free subscription to the full Fitbit experience for a while then it stops. It's not really necessary anyway. One hiccup I found is that it DOESN'T WORK OVER TATTOOS, no heart readings so I had to change arms and have it point where there's no ink. Also you have to have YouTube premium if you want to listen to music and also not many Fitbit apps compatible. I later subscribed to YouTube and it doesn't connect 90% of the time saying can't find phone which is next to it with both Fitbit and YouTube running. Too distracting when you're running. But if like me you just want to see if you're dying and how much sleep and exercise you get, it works great. My high street bank accounts won't allow me to use the Google wallet on this device. If that's something you want, check see if it's compatible first. As it's a new device in the line I'm kinda hoping for more apps to become available but it works as is, without adding anything. Some stuff like ECG and sleep doesn't show until you sync the app, not a biggy but I wandered why. It does show a live heart rate though which is perfect. I feel like the app could have more detail to it, it's easy to see an overview but I'd like have more control and views over the data, seems a bit basic. Worth 5 stars as it functions as expected and has a decent battery life and consistency. I don't think it has value for money, 60-80 quid would be it's value imo. Tho it's better than the copies because it shows a live heartbeat, which is about all it has going for it over them. Brightness is great.

Google ruined a great product
Fantastic watch and tracker with other handy features. I’ve worn the Charge 6 for nearly two years; before that, I wore a Charge 2, which faded into glorious senescence after 6 years. I’ve loved Fitbit for its functionality, elegant design, and spark of whimsy, and for getting me through marathon training and various health journeys. What I really don’t like is the way Google has run the app into the ground, making it drab and mediocre, with banal (or flat-out nonexistent) customer service, as if the parent company were incorporating a new cruel planned obsolescence so that Fitbit models can’t compete with its other trackers. The app gets uglier, less functional and more membership-driven with each update, and it creates bugs for updating correctly or syncing with devices. An item that I once considered excellent value — and offered everything I needed in a fitness watch — is quickly becoming disappointing. I hope it lasts me for a few more years, if only for the nostalgia and the continuity of all my archived fitness data. Next time, however, I’ll opt for a Garmin.

Excellent easy to use health tracker !
Bought to replace a fitbit Charge 5 that just gave up after 2 years. Admittedly my husband has worn his constantly on building sites etc so it lasted well! Swimming in the sea probably messed it up🤣 So we decided to try the updated Charge 6 as we were so happy with the Charge 5 Incredibly easy to set up in minutes. Takes a day or so to collect your info before it can give accurate tracking details. It is so light to wear uou forget you are wearing it The Charge 6 is very similar to the 5. Updated obviously. Added Google wallet, Google maps & you tube music. Accurately records Steps Distance covered. Heart rate Calories Active zone minutes Oxygen saturation (sp02) High & low heart rate notifications ECG app Notifications Sleep tracker Find my phone Cardio fitness level Alarms Sleep stsges & score Stress management score I was sceptical when we first purchased but we would never be without now. Interesting how accurate the Sleep tracker is. I made a point of noting times awake over a week & it was spot on !!! Also quite handy when uou think you haven't slept at all. The stats show times & duration of awake, rem, light & deep sleep. Quite surprising too. Also my husband was alerted that he was having arterial fibrillation at night. His heart rate was soaring. Thanks to that alert he was checked out & now on medication. Think everyone should wear one! We have only tried the fitbit no other brand. Why would we change when the product is good quality Competitively priced. Great looking. Unobtrusive. Light weight. Most of all seems very accurate! Six months free trial premium membership . Uou can cancel at anytime.

Very impressed with the accuracy
So i started off with a cheap smart watch£25 to see if i was into the whole thing and yeah!done ok,but got this one as it's a tracker i was looking for rather than a smart watch, this does everything i need running in the background and the Fitbit app jst trackes everything while i get on with my day, also really good battery life around a week and you kinda forget you have it on really comfy n so easy to use, deffo worth picking up for the price if you don't want a super computer smart watch on your wrist get the Fitbit chance 6 deffo 5*product

High price, low quality, basic with limited functionality.
I recently had a heart attack and wanted something to help keep an eye on things, while I recover. I can't tell you how disappointed I was in the device. Firstly, adjusting the strap (even gently) made it disconnect from the device, causing it to fall onto the floor, which immediately dropped face down. Luckily I was indoors and not on concrete or gravel. This happened three times in-a-row! Not to mention the strap is uncomfortable. It's a huge design flaw, if that's how easily the strap comes off. Then the device itself. It's very small, very thin and feels cheap. There is a distinct lack of functionality when it comes to anything heart rate or ECG related. It's just a fancy watch, with some basic exercise functions. Aside from being able to read your pulse, you can already do everything else the watch offers on your phone with free apps. It's not worth the money and if you're looking for something that works better and has excellent HR monitoring, take a peek at the Polar H10. It's much cheaper and does exactly what I was looking for.

Save a little money and pick the used one
Bought at slightly reduced price, marked as used, minor imperfections. I can’t see any marks in it at all, it’s perfect. This is an upgrade from my Charge 5 so it’s got a few improvements. I love the coral colour strap. It has google maps and YouTube music on it but I’ve not worked out how to use that yet and it also connects to your wallet so you can make payments apparently so I need to try that out. Basically I made a great choice going to the used one as you’d never know. I love Fitbit watches and this is definitely better than my previous.

Good if you don't have a lot of money to spend
The watch itself works well. Lots of exercises to choose from and easy to use. Really like the sleep monitoring that comes with the 6 month premium plan and all the other bells and whistles (I use all the functions [calorie counting, steps, sleep log, etc] as a guide, not for exact figures). However... The battery life is not good unless you turn off a lot of functions (i.e. GPS, always on display, etc). The watch also goes out of sync with the app often, so needs to be reinstalled often. Which means you need to keep setting it up all over again. The Google pay function does not work in the UK! So if you're looking for that as a bonus, forget about this watch. Though Google maps and YouTube music work just fine and I make good use of it. I have swum both in the ocean and in a pool with it and the water lock function has kept it safe. All in all, it's good for the price and the 6 month premium plan that comes with it is well worth it. (Does not have an altimeter so does not track floors climbed)

It's ok
It is fine. But: I didn't want a large watch like the ones these days, but I didn't want one that is too slim and looks like an activity tracker. Unfortunately it does look like that. All the same it looks sleek. The strap though sticks out as in it doesn't fit smoothly on my wrist; it's not very comfy. I think it's too rigid where it's joined with the watch itself.
