Can't use was very good it is a it is a very heavy stand I really like that and the thing which I didn't like to touch that it was a bit of used it had minus patches on it and it had duston eter little better I don't matter but it doesn't matter too much to me because I bought it for 1400 which for heavy stand like this so if you get it at this price go for it will no doubt but if you have purchasing in near to 1700 to 2010 I would not recommended because you are think it is heavy it is good but if you get it cheap below 1500 then only corporate and I got it and stability is not 100% good but for the 1400 think very good and value for money is very easy to use if you don't understand just watching YouTube video and you will get it is very hot and stability is also not very good but okay according to the price

The 1 star rating is not for the product quality. In fact, the product quality was very good. However, the fact that the 9 foot curtain rod is not actually 9 feet. It is 8 feet. Each section of the curtain rod is 3 to 4 inches shorter than claimed. So instead of 36 inches i.e. 3 feet section, it is actually 2 feet 8 inches. This is a problem when using a 9 foot backdrop. I realized this when I tried to use a 9 foot backdrop. I got in touch with customer service and explained to them the issue. The customer service representative informed me that since the return window had passed, they could do nothing for me. However, since there was a 3 month warranty and the product was within the warranty period, I could manage to get this item returned after half a day wasted after customer service and explaining to them that the product was at fault. What surprised me was Amazon's unwillingness to admit that there was a problem with the item and that they're giving out false information and claiming what their product wasn't. It is for that very reason that I have given this rating. So be a little cautious and check all the parameters of this and any other amazon basics product before accepting it since now it is clear that amazon is also trying to cheat its customers.

Good product, nicely packed feels sturdy

There were no holes on one end. Cannot connect the middle rod to another end. So it's useless for me. Now I have to take out time from office and get it fixed from a blacksmith.
