Can I use this for Umarex Peacemaker airgun?

Uh, no. Please read the description of what these are for. They fit in the cylinder of a .45 colt revolver to keep the firing pin from being damaged when dry firing. I doubt your air gun has .45 caliber cylinders.

I have a new Uberti 71/2 1873 cattleman. Will these dummy loads work for practice and can you use them over and over for dry fire?

While I'm not familiar with the "New Agent" model. The standard round for the 1911 "Automatic Colt Pistol" (ACP) is the .45 ACP. A-Zoom makes this round also and it's available on Amazon. I have many of them and they work great.
