I can't really rate as I don't have bed bugs or mites. I just bought it as a preventative measure as someone else in the build has them, eugh. But it contains the vital ingredients to kill exoskeletons.

Excellent Worked
Excellent spray, followed directions on tin. Dont know where these bugs came from, first time experiencing them, spay got rid of the bugs. We had to remove 1 matress, but bugs had spread to 3 bedrooms, and spray cleared all of them. Very pleased with product.

Not Effective
I personally did not find this product effective enough. It failed to instantly kill any bed bugs. It did not even stun them. The bug simply waited and then walked away from the spray. They kept returning to the mattress despite spraying twice a week. It smells like a lubricant and realised it was tainting my white walls and mattress, turning them yellow. Currently using the remaining sprays as a psychological crutch rather than a solution/deterrent to the bed bug problem.

Kills all insects great for even household plants bit overkill
Bought not for bed bugs but to kill all insects on household plants it's overkill but does kill those white pest eating my plants :'D
