Directions claim it's reversible, but there doesn't seem to be a way to reverse it. I have to lift up handle to open door. How do I reverse?

Doesn’t last!

I purchased this set back in July of 2025, had just painted my front door black. Absolutely loved, loved the look. I know it’s not too expensive, but I am disappointed that it only lasted 9 months and the key will not turn. So annoying cause it’s beautiful, you would think it would hold up a bit longer! 😞
