These are my most comfortable heels which I absolutely loved! However I could no longer stand the loud tapping sound they made because of the worn heel. I happened upon this heel repair kit on Amazon, and I am walking tall again!! It’s as easy as pulling one heel!nail out and “gently tapping” another one in with a hammer. I used grip pliers to remove the old nail. Then, holding your shoe by the heel, “gently tap” the replacement heel cap in with the hammer. PLEASE, do not slam your shoe on the floor, as you will most likely break the whole heel off! I’m thinking the price difference is due to some companies including the pliers but my grip pliers worked just fine. I also used E6000 glue to repair the damaged leather.

Good quality and variety. I did not know exactly what size heel tips were needed for my wife’s pair of shoes so I got this multi pack. It was pretty easy to pull off the broken tips from the shoe and replace it with one of these new ones. The multi pack prices get a little bit more than if I got a pack of two or four tips, so it was a good choice to get the bigger pack and now I have some for future repairs.

It's good for the thin heel. It works for my heels. I can't find a shoe repair where I live.

I had gotten a new-to-me pair of lightly used heels. Unfortunately, the heel tips crumbled off rapidly. Had they not done that, I think this process would have been much easier, but unfortunately, I had only a screw tip left to grasp for removal. Turns out the wire cutter part of pliers is your best bet for this, but I did end up mussing the heel shaft a little in the process. Getting the new heel caps on was trivial, but there is still a small gap between the heel cap and the end of the shaft. It's less than a millimeter, so I don't mind, but others might. The box with the range of sizes was also great, until I dropped it and had to spend ten minutes re-sorting everything. Highly recommend NOT doing that. TLDR: great set for DIY fans who are ok with a 95% result in order to save $30 on heel replacement

Super easy to do. Watched a few youtube videos on How To. U need the tool to remove the old tip which is not included in the kit. U need the tool!!!! There’s different sizes for the heel pads and different sized nails to insert in your actual heels. It was less than a 10 min job. Just be careful not to damage your heels ofcourse. But not bad for my first DIY heel tip changing. Haven’t walked in the shoes yet. Hopefully they hold up.

All too small. had to return. Nice box of very small heels, though.

the description/title of the product is misleading. these aren’t for the average heel wearer and should only be bought by a cobbler. the nail of the original tip will still be embedded in your heel and is impossible to remove without a specialized tool and training.
