Phospholipid Synergy Powder

I was excited about this because of the brain boosters in it, and because it’s a powder. I was hoping I could mix it into coffee, but the directions say to mix with a lukewarm beverage. I wasn’t sure if it had any taste of its own, so I tried mixing it into some lukewarm tea. It doesn’t mix with a spoon, really, but a weak milk frother did the trick, and it foamed up on top. It doesn’t really have much flavor that I can discern, so it won’t alter the flavor of what you mix it in. Just to make sure, I tested it the following day in just plain filtered water, and I couldn’t really detect much taste, just frothy texture. I think that’s a good thing, because you can mix it in multiple types of beverages and not have it affect the taste.

The container has 60 servings, suggesting a scoop twice a day. I am using a scoop stirred into room temperature grape juice twice a day. It has a bit of a taste but is not unpleasant. The powder stirs in instantly and doesn't settle. There's no flavor except nearly non-existent milky / nutty taste in 8 oz water. The 4.5 gram serving wouldn't be noticed added to any liquid. This is a premium blend of phospholipid targeted (among other benefits) for good digestion. This Phospholipid Synergy Powder seems to be excellent / easy to use - and doesn't upset my stomach The suggested two times daily = 60 serving = 30 day supply.

I can’t speak to the effects, but this supplement is easy to take. It does not look at all appetizing in water - it makes it a cloudy beige color with visible chunks. However, the flavor was fine - there was very little flavor at all; I was pleasantly surprised. Although it looked gritty, when I drank it it was pretty smooth. I think this would be undetectable in overnight oats or a smoothie. The scoop, when leveled off, read 5 grams on my kitchen scale. The label indicates that the scoop is 4.5 grams, so I would say it is about right - but don’t use a heaping scoop.
