Very minor learning details to know but overall It works well, fits comfortably in my hand, and the buttons are also slightly raised so you don’t have to look. Only downsides are: - It doesn’t come with directions and there’s no specifics in the description either. - When it says in the listing pictures “before pairing… for better connection” what it means is that’s what you have to do to connect it to begin with. - Ideal for single device use only, in which case it does work well and will auto connect to it easily. But it’s not the best for being able to go back and forth between multiple devices like a laptop & a TV. The remote can only “remember” one device at a time. So once you use it on the tv, you’ll have to delete the remote off of your computer before you can reconnect the remote to it.

Absolutely no instructions. No Bluetooth transmitter to plug into the USB. Just here we made this good luck using it. No they didn't even say good luck. They claim to connect to all kind of stuff, but only the manufacturer knows how. Don't waste your time and money on this product
