Click on returns and follow the EASY instructions. You get an authorization # then you take that to Kohls or United Parcel Service. That's it. They package it and ship it back. You do nothing. But you MUST get an authorization #.

I don't know what is a boost 350 v2. But, if it's a regular size 11 shoe, I wear size 11's, and these shoe trees work fine.
