I have purchased my PC (i7) from CYNTEXIA COMPUTER in the month of January 2026 through Amazone App. The packaging of article was very nice and all items are found in good condition as per specifications. No damage / broken noticed. There is no complaint / problem faced till date. The PC is functioning very smooth for my regular home / routine works as well as home work activities of my school going children. I strongly recommended that the PC can be purchased by all. I have been purchasing from Amazon since almost 10 years. My first bitter experience from Amazon. They send defective CPU on 18/06/26. i called Amazon four or five times. Still they are telling investigating. What investigation? How can they investigate by sitting there? I told them to send a technician to investigate. They are telling they have no option for that and i have to waite four days. My valuable time is going on. I will go consumer court, if they waste my time anymore. I need replacement or refund soon

I bought this desktop due to some urgency about a year back. But i couldn't have asked for a better computer. The product was delivered on time and with no hassle whatsover. I had this computer for over a year now and the hardware/software integration is smooth. Just today, i was having some trouble and i pinged the customer care to activate my windows(i was unable to install some hardware). The issue was promptly resolved. The windows license also comes with the product. I use this computer for amateur audio engineering/recording stuff. I have no issues whatsover with the seamlessness. great sound quality. I can just get my work done. I also used this to run some Machine Learning algorithms last year and even there i had no issues. Plenty of USB ports as we can use wireless keyboards, mouse and wifi. Aux port for headphones or speakers. I also have two 1 TB external drives along with the 512 GB always connected. Even there the performance is good. Speed is good. I would highly recommend this product. just make sure your power supply is well regulated and you have a voltage stabilizer. Any computer will burn out if there is a voltage spike. Also, the review is only for the computer. not the peripherals. peripherals were bought separately.
