Excellent still works properly after 1yr Easy to assemble,look premium,non rusty , budget friendly BLDC fan but only good for 15x15 rooms not good for lengthy rooms , mostly energy efficient also running without lag during split phase issue (half current)

There were issues with the blade, where the fan rocked back and forth, after raising a repair request, the team replaced the full blade set and the fan now is working fine. Always measure the gap between ceiling and the edge of fan blade. If anyone is of different length, then the fan will rock. It took their team about 72 hrs to attend.

Absolutely loved this fan. The performance is excellent with strong airflow even at lower speeds, and the best part is the almost silent operation, no humming or wobbling at all. The ivory white color looks extremely elegant and unique compared to regular shades, and it adds a premium touch to the room decor. Remote response is smooth and overall build quality feels very good. A perfect combination of aesthetics, performance, and energy efficiency. Highly recommended!

This fan has 6 speeds but speed 5 is enough. Electricity bill is huge savings as it consumes only 30w in that speed ( other high speed normal fans are 60 to 75w). This ia my second purchase as the earlier one is still kicking for 2 + yrs.

This is the 4th time I have purchased this same fan. I am disappointed this time. The blades received with the kit is for Ameza and not for Efficio alpha. It can impact air flow (+ve or -ve). Safety wire rope not provided this time. Connection terminal has been removed and screw on connectors are provided. If you need to remove or relocate the fan or to replace the power cable you may end up with broken leads. Not expected from a brand like atomberg. After installation the air noise seems pretty high and not satisfactory.

Quality control issue i face as blade has a small dent but apart from that good air flow. Nice control through remote. Build quality looks good. Need to see how much PCB last as it's an electronic component. Motor is noise free operator. Overall a good buy.

Worked well till the return policy period crossed. Suddenly one day it started making weird noise. Mornings it was unnoticeable but during nights it was more clear in the silence. It was not continuous - runs smooth for some time and makes noise for some time. It increased day by day until it started disturbing the sleep. Raised a complaint with customer care and it took several days for a service engineer to turn up. He called day before his visit he asked to record a video so that he can understand the problem if it doesn't make noise when he's there. Next day he visited and luckily it made noise while he's there. He also checked the video to understand how loud it is during nights. He opened, refitted some screws, checked blades, dome an fitted everything back. Asked me to check that night and send a video if it occurs again. It didn't resolve and so took video and sent him back. Again no response for several days. Escalated it through customer care and they sent another engineer while I was away and my wife was at home. This person knew the root cause, opened the fan and removed a ring like part. Showed it to her and told her that it has accumulated dust and that was the reason for problem. He cleaned it thoroughly, showed her again to show difference before and after. He put it back and refitted everything and the noise is gone. He instructed to clean frequently and ensure dust doesn't accumulate again on that ring. That was really weird. So looks like these fans are designed only to be in dust free environments like top floor apartments in high rise buildings and air conditioned homes/offices. It's been a month since the issue was fixed and the problem has started again slowly.
