Works exactly as advertised (Android Phone), it is not an action camera, but the video feed is good especially if you adjust the light correctly, the cord is rigid enouch to move the camera around, the magnetic tip helped retrieve items from difficult place ( runaway screws) very helpful and makes the difference in those situations where you need it. P.S. youn need to install it's companion app on your phone.

Fantastic product as it became most handy when chasing down leaks in our master bath, and again a few weeks later when we discovered a more massive problem with a jacuzzi tub installation that enabled our plumber to visually confirm a rear jet connection had broken completely off. If not for this device, it would have required complete removal of a wall section and the entire tub to inspect. The plumber who used it was so impressed with the ease of use, the length and rigidness of cable, and the picture clarity including color vs b&w options, plus ability to snap pics among other options that I've convinced him to buying one of his own.

This is an inexpensive alternative to a borescope or endoscope. I’ve investigated plugged pool pump, a leaking kitchen sink, look up a chimney to see flue mechanism, looked down a hole in the gable-roof intersection for birds nest deep inside, looked underneath milkweed leaves for aphids and/or monarch butterflies caterpillars, and even looked inside my ear (now there’s an interesting discovery). The cable is stiff and will hold its shape and stay where you put it. It has led lighting which is extremely handy since most of the inaccessible places you need to look are dark. But, you can turn that off with an inline switch. It is powered by the battery in the smart phone through either a USB-C or a lightening cable, depending on your choice of device. Interesting too is the 16+ foot length of cable. Bottom line is that I love it. Maybe not so much now. The lightening plug was having trouble making the connection-so I thought. After frustrating time dealing with it, including using the USB-C plug on another device and it working fine, I deleted the app and reinstalled. To my surprise it worked. So don’t despair, necessarily, problems you’re having with the plugs may only be software. Thank goodness for dual plugs and a way to troubleshoot!
