Just arrived Why does the Engine sound not work. I have changed the batteries on the top.

Hi Margaret W. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your new truck. Please make sure that the light bar is inside its slot on the truck in order for the sounds to work. It needs to be connected to the truck. If you have done this and are having issues, please visit the following URL and our teams will take a look: customercare.battatco.com. Thank you.

How tall is this when the crane is fully extended?

Hi Mrs Porter. When fully extended the Driven Standard Series Crane measures approximately 79 cm. Thank you.
