pH in a pinch
These seem to work when you need a pH measurement in a pinch. I wouldn't use these for accuracy, but are easy to use and the colors change according to pH chart.

Good deal
I bought these to test the pH level in my acidified foods as a quick reference. Easy to use and quite accurate. These are especially good for pickles that are hot bathed.

Difficult to distinguish between colors and determine results between range of 7.0 - 9.0
I don't know what to think. I was testing water that I believed to be right around the 7.0 - 8.0 range. Likely closer to 7. However, it was really difficult to tell the difference between the 7.0 , 8.0, and 9.0 when comparing the test strip. No one in the room could agree. Some thought it looked closer to the more olive colored green associated with 9.0. Some thought it looked exactly like the somewhat lighter 8.0 and some said it looked like the slightly lighter green corresponding to 7.0. A separate test with a newly calibrated digital pH tester gave 7.4 as the result. These paper test strips were not helpful since no one could easily and definitively distinguish between the colors and arrive at an agreed result between the range of 7.0 and 9.0 . . . I will be honest -- I was rather disappointed. I guess if you do not require precise results these might work for you. For sensitive applications, they would likely offer poor performance. For general readings or deciding if something is an acid, a base or just neutral they might be exactly what you are looking for. I was hoping they could help confirm whether or not pH readings of a digital pH meter were accurate, but I am not sure they were able to do that. These didn't work great for my use case but they might meet your requirements.

Work Great
They work great! I have been dabbling in taxidermy and tanning my own hides at home. Haven’t had an issue with these testing strips so far all readings have been accurate and my hides have turned out perfect.

No difference between water, water/vinegar, and straight vinegar when testing
While these test strips are easy to use and include a large quantity, they don’t seem to be very responsive or accurate. I tried one strip in water, one in a 3:1 water/vinegar mixture, and one in straight vinegar, and they all came out too-similar-in-color to differentiate. They don’t seem to actually do a very good job of measuring acidity levels.

Great value !
I feel that I got a really good value from these, and if I ever run out of them (which is highly unlikely), I would purchase them again.

Bandelette pour test de ph facile d’utilisation
Je voulais vérifier le niveau d’acidité du verjus que je venais de préparer et c’est la manière la plus simple et la moins coûteuse que j’ai trouvé. Excellent.

Easy, simple, fast, accurate
Really nice product. Strips tear out easily and very easy to read. I had three different water sources I wanted to check and you can see by the pic, the differences (which I completely expected) showed very clearly (would be easier to see if I put it on a white background for u to see) Only suggestion is to have the comparative color guide on the outside of the cover and not inside. I don't want to contaminate the unused strips accidently even though there is a minor chance of it happening. The white page directly beneath the strips (which covers the unused strips) is also nice, but would be better on the side to more easily compare with the color chart, but overall a great product.

Not 100% sure.
Here's my experience. I used them on straight water and it tested about where I thought it would be. I used them on lemon juice and it tested where it should be. I added lemon juice to water and it seemed to take about six times the amount as per a chemically tested recipe to increase the acidity than it should have. It seemed like at the extremes these are measuring just fine but the subtleties between aren't working. Are there variances in the acidity of lemon juice probably but I also tested the lemon juice and it was at the average where lemon juice is supposed to be... As per the strips. Unfortunately my control measurement is from the very strips that I'm testing. I nearly killed a lot of plants with high acidic water because I saw no change in the color until I added quite a bit of lemon juice to the water. I tried the water on a couple plants at the 6ph that it should be according to the strips and they nearly died. They did not enjoy that at all. So like title says I'm really not sure. I think these detect acidity and pH at the extremes but aren't working to the subtleties they're supposed to. I did everything with single drops as per the instructions and again unless there is an extreme change in the acidity I didn't see any change in the pH test paper.
