This crack did not compromise the two buckets but it is spreading
The double bucket cracked on the second use. I have contacted OCedar support for a replacement. After contacting Cedar and complying with their instructions I have not heard back from them in over a week. Needless to say, OCedar customer service is less than desirable, I remain hopeful they will replace the bucket before it becomes useless. Finally today May 16,2025 I received an email from CS a replacement is on the way. Yeah they came through.

Water in the tank is dirty, dummy.
What a scam! As soon as you rinse the mop once, ALL the water is dirty! There are not two separate tanks for clean water and dirty water! How dumb was I to not realize this!? Now I rinse the mop in the sink, thereby keeping the water in the tank clean. Also, the mop handle doesn’t stay extended, the grip is stripped as soon as you screw it once. I’ve heard these used to be great, but not anymore!
