I picked these up to drive a small speaker from an ESP32-C3 project and they work exactly as needed. The PAM8302 takes the audio signal from the ESP32 and pushes it cleanly through a speaker without any meaningful noise floor. The filterless Class-D architecture is a practical advantage here since you do not need to add output filters to the circuit, which keeps the build minimal and the PCB footprint small.Powering the module from the 5V rail on the ESP32 dev board worked without issue. The board is compact enough that it fits cleanly into a small enclosure alongside the microcontroller, which mattered for my build. Noise was low and the output level was more than adequate for a indoor use case at close listening distance.One thing worth noting for anyone wiring this up: this is a mono amplifier. If you are feeding it a single-ended signal, tie the inverting input to ground through a resistor to keep noise down. The on-board volume pot is a nice touch for dialing in the output level without needing to do it in software.Getting five modules in a pack at this price is genuinely good value for prototyping. Having spares on hand means you are not dead in the water if something goes wrong during development, and the boards are consistent with each other.Solid choice for any maker project that needs simple, low-component-count audio amplification from a microcontroller.

It works as expected

I’ve had a very good experience with these. Very good product for the price. I use them to drive 8ohm speakers with an input of a radio IC or arduino chip directly.

I literally don't know what to say other than "It works!"; Well, because it works lol.Just a reminder that this is a MONO ONLY amplifier. Sound quality is good, just make sure you filter the audio-in signal with a resistor or something.Oh, also, I wasn't expecting it to actually come with 5-pin headers so just keep that in mind. I also never would have expected these boards to be so CHEAP!!! but in a good way lol. I'd say great value for your money.

This amplifier actually works for me. I tried sevrral others, but I could not get any of them to work. The only issue I have with this amplifier is the volume control. It is either really low or really high. Maybe replacing the pot with a 10 turn one would help. Still this board works great.

I mean it works what more can yuh ask. Plug n play and handles single ended input well. Just tie the inverted (-) input to gnd (preferably via a 100k resistor) and your single ended setup is set

Good amount of gain, low self noise, and a pot for adjustable volume.Used two as part of a ds lite mod to get better audio. Very compact which made it easy to fit in
