I recently purchased this product, everything was great, but not even 2 weeks have passed and the lid does’t close, I’m upset, I thought it was the batteries, but no, I have already changed 3 sets, but the lid does’t close, could you send/replace me with a new lid please?

Elegant and functional
I bought the desktop one because I wanted it on my bathroom counter's shelf. It looks great there and is much easier than keeping it on the floor. I don't want to bend down any more than I have to. This is small enough to place on the shelf and looks fantastic. It is very pretty and does not look like a trash can. It seems more like a cosmetic bag. It took me a bit to put the trash ring on. I tried to follow the instructions but had to go to YouTube. But it is easy enough if you think about it for a minute. I am thrilled with the looks, how sturdy it seems, and how elegant it is.

Perfect Little Trash Can for the Bathroom — Works Great and Looks Good
We use this ELPHECO motion-sensor trash can in our bathroom, and it’s been a great addition. The motion sensor works really well — it opens quickly and consistently without me having to wave my hand around or touch the lid. It definitely makes things more convenient and keeps everything more sanitary. The slim design is perfect for tight bathroom spaces. It fits right where we need it without getting in the way, and the 8-liter size is just right for everyday use.
