The different sizes can be challenging. Start out with the smallest size and when you accomplish that, move to the next size. Good for someone with COPD. The weight of each ball is perfect. It’s a great tool for breathing exercises.

This was a great purchase. It worked just as well as the one that the DME company was asking considerably more for & is more easily portable due to its size. Plus it is easier to keep clean. Kudos!

This item was recommended by my asthma specialist. It’s been quite successful but it feels really weird when you first use it! Hang in there.

My doctor said it would make me cough and it does. It loosens the mucus and breathing becomes easier after use.

The seller did a poor job of inspecting their product before shipping. Two of the three balls were missing and the box was crushed but the contents were undamaged. I checked to see about getting the missing items shipped, rather than do a return, but that wasn't possible. So, I tried the product to see if it was worth the bother. I think my unit came with the largest pellet and I can't say whether it works or not. It may loosen chest congestion so that it can be coughed up easier. This unit this isn't worth the asking price but it was the least expensive to experiment with. Three pieces of molded plastic and three SS bearing that cost a total of a buck. And my experiment's result if inconclusive. If you have a congestion issue and are curious, I would look for another, better made version from a different seller.

I bought this breathing trainer after recovering from a chest cold because I wanted to get back to taking deeper breaths during my daily walks. It arrived neatly packaged and was simple to put together. The adjustable resistance made it easy to start slow and increase as I got comfortable. It’s lightweight enough to keep in my bag, so I use it at home and while traveling. The technique took a little practice, but once I got the hang of it, it fit easily into my routine.
