If you rely on protein powder to supplement your nutrition and I love good flavor this is for you. This is my favorite vanilla-based flavor and let me tell ya I have tried them all from vegan P protein to all different types of way and even soy. The macros are just fine. It is easily digestible on my delicate tummy and does not bother my spouses dairy sensitivity. It’s great for things other than smoothies.- such as adding to pudding, hot cereal, making baked goods and even as a dip for fruit. My only comment is why is such a huge container when the product settles so much I don’t need all that extra plastic.

It’s a good source of protein if u are busy and don’t wnna make a meal, or feel lazy overall but i did not like the taste. i thought because its birthday cake it would taste a little like it but i hated it. Cinnamon was way better!

Love this stuff! Marshmallow is the best, followed by birthday cake, then the cinnamon toast flavor.

Tasted good. Not chalky or very thick. The jar is giant so it will last a while. Wish it was a little cheaper though.

At first I thought I had an allergic reaction to a food I'd had out to dinner, but as the week went on, I realized it was getting worse, not better. It started out as a couple small red bumps on my stomach. Then the next day I had some around the inside of my upper arms and armpits. Every day progressing in size, redness and itchiness. By the weekend it was all over my thighs and itched terribly and hives turned to blisters! My diet is pretty consistent, so the only new thing was this protein powder. I took the weekend off from my normal diet and my skin stopped itching. Today (Monday) I decided to try 1 more experiment to make sure. I made my morning smoothie with this protein and by dinner time my rash was back and now covering the entire inside of my thighs, to my knees and shins, as well as all the places it was last week. I have never had a food allergy before, so I'm not sure what could be in this that causes this reaction. I did sift thru the comments and reviews and found another person writing about an allergy and also looked up what the allergy to protein powder was like, turns out, very similar to what I'm experiencing. The taste was good, I got the Birthday Cake. But certainly not worth the way I look and feel right now.

Ryse makes some of the most delicious tasting protein powder! This flavor alone has surpassed every protein powder i have ever tasted while not compromising macros! Highly recommend

I'm new to the world of whey protein. I tried RYSE because the reviews were positive and the flavors seemed interesting. I've tried two flavors now: Cinnamon Toast and Birthday Cake. PROs: Doesn't hurt my stomach. Mixes easily with a blender bottle. Seems to be a good value given these facts. CONs: The flavors are too artificial and cloying for me. I've taken to mixing RYSE 50/50 with unflavored whey isolate, which -- to me -- has an unpleasant aftertaste on its own. I like the mix better than either on its own, but I'm still forcing it down -- I don't enjoy it. I thought I'd like the Birthday Cake flavor the most, but I don't. (Birthday Cake is by far my favorite flavor GU pack.) And it has sprinkles in it? This does not spark joy for me -- it just degrades the overall texture in my opinion.

Not a fan but to be fair, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth. Taste wise, this felt like a child’s dream. I’ll stick to clean simple eats protein powder.
