Review: Essential for exam preparation. - There are not many resources for 11+ (FCSE) preparation. This book along with other positions from authors are essential to practice for exam. It takes time to get used to the this type of questions. Some are tricky to answer but as a result you learn both new vocabulary and check if you really know the spelling of the familiar words. Money well spent. Review: Fun & great practice - Bought this for entrance test practice - only one I could find that fitted our needs. Really helped.

Helped my child so much
This book, along with others in the series, helped my daughter immensely with her preparations for the 11+ exam. The authors obviously have good knowledge of what sort of questions come up in the exams and my daughter was very pleased that she was so well prepared through using the books.

Not the best
Quite disappointed with this book. It is overpriced for what it is. Very basic and not many pages or tests.

Good investment, but not fantastic for the £
I have prepped my eldest for 11+ and now doing work with my youngest. This is a good book. The content is suitable, covers a lot of area and seems to build up gradually. There are no mistakes that I could pinpoint (some of the 11+ prep books are riddled with them) and my son genuinely enjoyed the workouts as they are short, so the bite size approach worked. The only reason I dropped a star is the price point. To me, it feels it should be somewhere around the £ 5.50 mark considering the volume
