Happy with my purchase
I've never been dissatisfied with a Cooler Master product and this is my first water cooled CPU. Far as I can tell it handles the temps appropriately for my AMD 9800x3d CPU. Installation was a little tricky, but that was only the fault of my case and not the cooler. For the price, I am very happy with the build quality of the cooler. My favorite part of the instructions was the bit that reads: "As a result of bubbles in the coolant, you might hear sounds coming from your cooler on the first run. Just chill out for 15 minutes and the sounds will disappear." I appreciated the good laugh after spending the time putting everything together.

Excellent 240L water cooler
This 240L water cooler from Cooler Master is replacing and Enermax made 120L RGB water cooler than served me well for approx. 2 years, but the pump developed a rattling noise that was very disturbing, and CPU temps were reaching 100C. I realized that the water pump was going to leave me. This was for an Intel 8 core I7 9700 CPU. I removed the Enermax and replaced with the Intel air cooler that came with the CPU. The system became quiet and temps stabilized around 50C which are normal. I ordered ths Cooler master that had excellent reviews. Very nice and quality built. Instl instructions were very easy to follow. CAme with the Creo fuse thermal paste that was fairly easy to apply, without any applicator. Straight from the tube. Installed everything and presto. System works very quietly and the temp stabilized around 32 C. the 2 fans are actually very quiet. Very happy with this new water cooler. The only con is the RGB. It's suited for 3 pin RGB headers while my motherboard, an Asus Z390-P model, comes with a 4 pin RGB header that is unusable. But this is a minor con. I will look for a 4 pin to 3 pin adapter cable, then this will work with RGB lights. Not an issue.

Not bad for the cost!
This thing lowered my temperature by half! I love the way it looks, and fit without issue. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to get set up.

Decent enough, but incomplete.
Bought this cooler to replace a Thermaltake radiator that started leaking on me. I've heard lots of good things about this CoolerMaster radiator, and on an initial out-of-the-box power on, it seems to be in working order. That said, I haven't been able to use it yet. CoolerMaster, when packaging this product, assumes that AM4 users retained the mounting clips and backplate that came with their motherboard. While that's not an issue for new builds, it absolutely is if this is an upgrade and you misplaced or discarded the original hardware from the board. Given that every other AIO I've worked with screws directly into the backplate (and this one does too for LGA sockets!), I'm considering this a manufacturing oversight. Either give us a properly spec'ed backplate and harness, or just throw a couple mounting clips in the box with the cooler -- they're like $5 at MOST, and it means that your customers don't hit *yet another* snag when they realize that they don't have everything required to mount your product. Tl;dr - Probably great, they have a good reputation, but make sure you've got the pieces it expects you to have before ordering.

Runs 69-80 degrees cooler
I run a ryzen 5 3600 so the stock wraith cooler wasn’t doing the job. Amd CPU’s run hot but I monitored my temps before and after and good lord it helps. Ran 94C (183F) before and now runs 46C (114F) before anyone says anything about my mounting lol I didn’t realize I messed up when I installed it until after I set the cooler on it. You can get the case here on Amazon as well for like $70 here’s the details on it. Changed my machine…..
I had the ID x twin froz of whatever but still was going to 100 immediately on my tasks. So I was kinda worried aio just wasn’t good tech as my fan for 16 bux had done as good of a job as basic aio ( installed right w good thermal paste plus I added fans ID cooler as well - very good fan cpu cooler. I got this and highest I even saw was 90s however did some optimizations and it’s killing work at 62c 12 threads in use : 3900x is a dam powerhouse but gets so hot depending on cores

Fans are extremely loud
Had a 120 thermal take AIO with getting a new PC case I decided to opt for a bigger AIO. The fans for the aio are extremely loud. I am used to running a silent PC as it mainly acts a media server. The fans in low have a silent grind to them but they ramp up fast and it starts to sound like an airplane. For the price of this AIO you would expect better especially with the name cooler master. The fans suck. Fans on low were hovering around 35-40 db but when they ramped up it would hit 60db. Another note. The AIO didn't include the motherboard components for an amd motherboard as my thermal take backplate fit I kept it on. This is likely qc issue and likely not affect most people but annoying nevertheless. 3 stars is incredible fair for this AIO with the loud fans and missing pieces. I would likely replace the fans with some others I have. Update: I opted to return the item with the noise level it is likely I had a defective product. Went for a Corsair cappelex xt and very happy I did. The fans were so silent I had to look in my case to make sure they were on.

You get what you paid for.
Work as intended…if you want better cooling performance get those expensive models…you can always check product reviews with cooling tests online like from Tom’s hardware etc.
