Easy to put together. Took a while to get used to, but wow, the burn I am getting from this equipment is terrific. I tend to use this bench prior to squats, This is to pre-exhaust my thighs so that I don't have to use excessive weights for squats as I have yet to build up my store of weight plates. Great piece of gear.

Sturdy and comes with different foam sizes for different leg depths. A must buy!

RUBBISH! The arm that secures your legs into place bends upwards when you lean back (The actual exercise it is supposed to be for) Dont waste your money.

The machine was poorly designed. I've had to make modify some parts of it just so my feet don't move. The metal was also starting to bend and I've had to take it to a welder to reinforce parts of it.

I have been hoping to buy a Sissy Squat for months, most were just too expensive. When I saw this one I thought it seemed too cheap to be any good (most are £200-£300) but thought it was worth a try. Well - it was easy to put together and well packaged when it arrived. At £79 I really did have high hopes for it. Unfortunately the bottom plate (where you stand) was poorly designed / made and the attachment bracket is too wide, consequently it is impossible to fully tighten it to the base. It is secure but moves a little when getting on/off of it. When in use I discovered that the foot bar is very high - I guess to accommodate a range of people and sizes and is not adjustable, however it is so high I find it is above ankle height for me when standing on the plate, therefore when in the squat there is a tendency for my feet to lift from the plate and I find all my leverage going through my lower legs (fronts of the ankle and shins) instead of being transferred thought my feet and the plate. This might not be so bad but because the foot bar sponge protectors are such a small diameter they crush down - offering little comfort or protection to the legs or tops of the feet (feels like just a metal bar after a set of squats). After several sets this becomes just too uncomfortable and it limits the amount of work I can do on the unit. The final concerning point is that the entire structure that holds the foot bar to the base flexes alarmingly when squatting. I am only 70kg and it flexes as I lean back and squat, when I add 35kg weigh it gets much worse - one colleague (who is 100kg weight) refused to get on it a second time after he saw it with me on and then tried it for himself. Its a shame as this sissy squat had so much promise. I will probably see if I can modify it a little to make it work properly, and add some proper cushioning for the foot bar. If you are light, have large feet or just want this as an occasional exercise it might be a good choice, but if you are anywhere near serious about sissy squatting then look at the more expensive options available.

Zusammenbau unkompliziert. Stabilität ist ok, natürlich keine Studioqualität aber für ein Privates Gym ausreichend. Steht stabil auf dem Boden. Klare Empfehlungen

Plus exactement, permet de le faire correctement. Pas cher, à priori costaud (j'ai toujours un doute quand aux dossiers et autres appuis). A l'attention des fabricants, une plaque de métal en support de vis permettrait d'avoir un produit de catégorie bien supérieure pour à peine plus cher que la plupart des utilisateurs seraient près à ajouter. Sinon, en effet, il semblerait que les réglages aient été prévus pour les gros des salles de Gold gym et des tout maigres, de plus, le réglage le plus bas de l'appui postérieur n'est pas utilisable non plus (raté de quelques millimètres). Pour remédier à ça, perceuse et nouveau(x) réglage(s) adapté(s) ; la bonne nouvelle, c'est que du 10 mm suffit. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas accès à cet outillage et dans l'esprit du gant de boxe, il est possible de changer ou gonfler les mousses (tissus, scotch d’emballage et chaussettes). Presque toutes les étoiles car ces problèmes de réglages sont récurrents et gym rime souvent avec bricolage.

Prodotto di ottimo qualità e fattura. Veramente interessante per dare una svolta funzionale all'allenamento di gambe ed addome. Relativamente facile da assemblare. Tempi di consegna perfetti(ben una settimana d'anticipo sulla data di consegna stimata). Il solito ,più che puntualissimo, Amazon. Attrezzo vivamente consigliato.

Attrezzo molto stabile,ottima qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio per un uso casalingo e per un uso professionistico. Molto intuitivo anche nel montaggio.
