Easy pairing. Accurate values.
Works perfectly. Easily paired to my Aeotech hub and seems to be very accurate. . The display is small and really not practical for viewing except when close up.

Good thermometer
Good thermometer if you use Zigbee. Will not work in freezers though. Battery life is long no issues after 8 months.

SmarttThings integration is very good
The most important thing to me was how easy it is to hook up to SmartThings. I got this because someone on forums had recommended it because it is a Zigbee protocol device. Most time Zigbee devices can just be scanned for within SmartThings and you don't need to download any other special app. That was the case here although it was a bit of a puzzle on how to initiate pairing. It didn't actually say how in the little user booklet that has absolutely tiny writing in it in many languages. I had to find the manual online. It's such a simple thing why don't they just put that in large letters right in the front of the manual. All you really need to know on this thing is that you pull off the film so that the battery inside engages, then press the tiny little button on the back for about 5 seconds until the little broadcast icon starts flashing on the display. Then initiate a scan in SmartThings and it should pair pretty quickly and start showing the temperature and humidity within SmartThings. The other use of the button which is also not in the manual is that if you click it once it will change from C to F. Again basic basic stuff and it's not in the stupid little booklet they send, which really only tells you to go download their app which you don't really need. So that's why I'm deducting one star. I like the fact that this has a clear LCD display that's always on. A lot of these little units are just blank white plastic boxes. Accuracy is okay. It reads maybe 1° higher than my trusty mercury thermometer. I think it's more accurate than the little black thermometer unit shown in the photo. In SmartThings it responds perfectly and you can use it as a condition for actions. You can also see a nice graph of the temperature over hours and days. Nice. So what I really wanted to do with this was put it in my living room and have it turn on the air conditioning which is on a smart plug, during a certain portion of the afternoon, only if the temperature gets above for example 77F. My AC unit is perfectly safe to use turning it on and off with the main supply power. So: create a new SmartThings routine, as an IF precondition, set this sensor as equal to or greater than 77F. Then set the second IF main condition as a time range say 1pm to 6pm. THEN: turn on AC smart switch. If it never reaches 77F the AC won't come on. If it doesn't reach 77 until 3:30pm, it will only come on at that point. It works well, very very simple but effective. One could also set it to turn off in an evening time range as well if it reaches a certain temperature. But I have not needed to do that yet here in summer, since I always turn it off at sundown regardless and open the windows. This AC has a heat pump so I plan to use it in the winter too with a low limit temperature using the sensor. So this is maybe not as fancy as using something like a nest thermostat, but on the other hand it's very versatile, simple, cheap, and I can just use Smartthings alone, but also still turn it on and off with a Google home command.

Great temperature and humidity sensor
Lovely display, very clear with light. This doesn't have a backlight so no night reading. The reporting to the zigbee network is timely. I would love that the display also had a clock. It is the only thing that I miss on this device.

Works great with Smartthings and ConstantGraphs
Love these little guys! Easy and fast setup with Smartthings. Once setup they stay connected with no issues and have an amazing battery life compared to my old WiFi thermometers. Haven't needed to calibrate anything but doing so us very easy. Changing the display from C for F was quick and painless and I love the accurate readings I can keep for each room of the house with the device. With how little battery replacement these need they're a great value for their money!

It works
Received my temp sensor last night. It works as intended. However, it was either preused or it sat on a shelf for a very, very long time. I removed the plastic tab that keeps the battery disconnected until purchase and the battery is almost dead. The screen randomly dims (its not backlit) so i assume a poor connection internally.

sent me a used one when I paid for new
I would had made this a 4 star or maybe 5 star but seller sent used SONOFF Zigbee Indoor Temperature Humidity Sensor. Since it's sold by Sonoff direct they profit by selling used items as new items. Box it came in wasn't sealed and battery tab had been pulled on some of the devices as well as having been set to display degrees F instead of the default degrees C. Maybe I should start buying used stuff at flea markets and start selling them as new on Amazon... OK, about the items themselves. They do work even though are used. Had to do factory reset which is the same as doing pairing of them with a Zigbee Hub. I'm using a Hubitat Elevation for a hub. Paired well enough. The single button on rear is both to pair to a Zigbee hub as well as to change degrees C to degrees F... a quick double push of the button will change it. Holding the button longer will reset/put it in pairing mode. All 4 devices read close to same temp/humidity when sitting next to each other. When compared to several other temp/humidity devices I have they all read pretty close. Much better then amazon echo devices that have temp sensors that in a 74 degree F room will say it's 54 degrees. Yeah go figure... oh and yeah the amazon app is not able to read humidity from these devices. I understand that it's an Amazon problem and not a device problem so whatever device you will be using Amazon will not read humidity. (you will need a hub like Hubitat (or whatever) and still even with the hub app reading humidity Amazon is unable to process humidity readings. Supposedly they update readings every 5 seconds but I don't think it's that often. In the Hubitat app an updated reading can be forced instantly. The actual readings for temp and humidity is slow to update on the device itself (not using the app) and will take some time to stabilize. So if moving it from location to location you will need to leave it for many minutes for it to display correct info. If using a Hubitat Elevation hub and it has integration for Amazon. You name the device in Hubitat and click on the bullet in integration to let it be seen by Alexa. In the alexa app you let it discover new devices and it will show up. In the Alexa app you can rename it (I used same name in both the Hubitat app and the Alexa app) and then you can include it in groups and routines and use voice commands to get readings. I have four of these temp/humidity sensors and created a routine to read and tell me the temp of all four sensors... but Amazon can't read humidity so all you get is temps. But at least the temps are correct and not telling me a 74 degree F room is 54 degrees F. (the best I can say about Echo devices sensors is they are consistently inconsistent (as the echo devices like to tell me). One day they read correctly (or close to it) then next day who knows what the echo device will say). So if you want to know accurate info from smart devices get a hub that's not an amazon hub. Run everything through that hub (like the hubitat hub I'm using) then use an Echo device for voice commands (doesn't even need to be a Zigbee hub) and for playing music from.

Stylish, practical and reliable
These devices are very stylish, practical and reliable. You can mount them anywhere or don't mount them at all, just place them on your shelf. They use so little battery that I haven't had to change battery in months! Set it and forget it. Change battery when needed and forget it again.
