When I placed my order for the car freshener (bye the way, I’m a genuine customer and not writing this review for any other reason) I received an email a short while later explaining how to set up the car freshener for use in my car which can be fitted using the vent tool or hang it up over the rear view mirror which is what I did. Instructions are very easy to follow, the freshener came in a quality package and was very well presented and protected. I bought the Suvage and it smells lovely, not overpowering at all. You really notice the aroma when you next get into your car initially but as I say, it’s not overpowering and it soon dissipates to only catching the aroma every now and then. I grant you it isn’t cheap but it will last a very long time and I like the fact you can refill it which is better for the environment! The lid is wooden with the brand logo stamped into it on one side with a strong black lace and a wooden ball that runs up and down the lace depending upon how strong you want the freshener to be. The Suvage version I have has a frosted blue glass bottle. I’m really impressed by it. Super happy customer!

Tried many different brands as i believe many of us did, and it's really hard to find a scent that you like. After buying a new car, i thought, why not spoil my car a bit. Box was not bad - kind of what you could present as a gift. Bottle itself looking appealing, expensive. I really like that holder that pops in the vent. Looks better than hanging from the rear mirror. Scent is not so great. It reminds me of those cheap £1 "sport" shower gels, and it is extremely hard to control density as you need to make wet that little string to make it work Maybe back in the days, it would work better with a consistent air blowing, but modern cars have climate control, and air flow depends on temperature. Therefore, every time, different results. However, it is possible to get constant scent, by placing bottle in one of those window vents - as far as I'm aware, they have continuous airflow. Update after 1 month. Still got more than half a bottle left, I'm guessing 1 bottle is enough for about 2½month of not overwhelming scent. Changed for 5* because of customer service. Since I've got in my possession two of their other scents , black and yellow- i can assure you that i just didn't like the blue. Yellow reminds me of lemon and honey mix, but not so much sweet as if it would be from vanilla. It is quite feminine , wouldn't use it in my car. However , Black ⚫️ is my favourite so far . Got that note of mans perfume. Is it worth buying? I would say yes - if you're familiar with scents - or aren't picky as me . But the customer service is making this purchase experience on to new level.

These car fresheners are the best 👌 I've tried loads in the past but these small bottles of lovelyness can't be beaten. They're not the cheapest but the perfume / aftershave that they use is spot on. Don't be fooled by cheaper imitations, they don't last. I only buy from this seller, they're friendly and helpful and I've just won a free car freshener 🥳 I emailed them and they sent them straight out, another gorgeous fragrance to try, Creed! I buy the Savage little bottles for my RRS, it not only looks classy but the smell is to die for, I set up a subscription 💙 I get so many compliments that my car smells amazing. I have always hated the majority if car air freshners. Most are overpowering and super-sickly scents that make me feel physically ill. Before purchasing this I had found one other air freshner from a well known deodourant company but I wanted something a bit more "classy". I bought this because I often wear Sauvage and like the smell a lot. I was a little dubious as to whether this would actualy smell the same but I was pleasantly surprised - this is very very close to the original. I mounted this to my air vent using the included clip and and installation was a doddle. Because I wasn't using the string I added the two small reeds to the lid and then turned the freshener upside down for around 10 seconds as directed. I feel that mounting on the vent is the better way to install this as dangling things in the windscreen is distracting but also the air vents blow the scent around the car (this is even better when you can pre-condition your car so the scent has been spread around the car before you even get in). I have found that the smell lasts for a while but then fades. This is due to the fact that unlike a home reed diffuser the reeds don't sit in the scent constantly absorbing the liquid, but all that is required is to turn the freshener upside down again to "recharge" the reeds. Strength wise it's not super-strong. I personally prefer this, I like the fact it's subtle and doesn't hit you in the face when you get in the car but if you prefer to have a stronger scent you may be disappointed with this. So far it's been in my car for a few weeks and there's still plenty of perfume left, so it's definitely good value for money in my opinion. I'd rather pay a little more for something that doesn't make me feel ill every time I get in my car. I've not experienced any problems with leaks etc. although if for some reason the bottle did fall out of the air vent and landed upside down it would definitely leak (although I don't think this is likely, the clip seems to be more than secure enough). To sunmarise: Pros Smells great Good value Cons Needs "recharging" failry regularly but this is a small issue and it takes < 10 seconds Some people may not find it strong enough

The smell is nice. Long lasting and not intense. I recommend it. Bit expensive though.
