great for oatmeal
I'm not sure why this is called "molasses powder" instead of molasses sugar, but it tastes like sugar that has been mixed with molasses (which is what the ingredients list says it is). It's less intense than regular molasses (which can be incredibly strong) and easier to use as a mild flavor enhancer by sprinkling it on food. I liked it best on morning oatmeal or Cream of Wheat as it adds molasses flavor without being too much. In baking, I also substituted it 1:1 for sugar and it worked fine. When you open the jar, it has a lovely aroma. I liked this as an alternative to regular molasses though it really isn't a substitute given that it adds no moisture and has a less intense flavor.

I love this
This is a nice molasses sugar. The molasses flavor isn't overwhelming, but does come through nicely and has the kind of richness that brown sugar doesn't have. I'm really enjoying it with my coffee.
