Topran 1J0955119 Wiper Motor Front

Direct replacement, easy to fit to my partner’s 2010 vw beetle (compared to other cars I’ve swapped wiper motors on). Good quality part.

Definitely didnt use this for a wiper motor. Actually rigged it up to power and apple scratter and specifically wanted something 12v and torquey. This seems to have worked a treat. Wired into a 240 inverter and a twist dial speed regulator has worked better than I had expected.

No information available, but testing with a several amp power supply reveals three running speeds. The motor runs continuously, very smoothly. There is also an internal contact to use as a "parking" point. Not used here. The output shaft has a 10mm section, a spline and an M8 threaded section. Good choice for a power-servo if mated with a suitable angle sensor (potentiometer or non-contact optical).

Wiper motor fits to the wiper linkage but the wiring plug is different. Picture with black end plug is oem product. Picture with white is this products it pissed ke off after I opened everything and installed it just to plug the wiper and it dont fit

Premetto che sapevo già che il numero di giri era troppo elevato (circa 130/min) per la mia applicazione particolare (non l'ho montato su di un'auto), quindi ho comprato un regolatore di giri che potete vedere nella foto. Riducendo la velocità al 25% di quella massima ho notato che si scalda intorno ai 38°C dopo alcuni minuti: con la potenza al 100% si scalda mostruosamente e ho interrotto il test perché non so se è normale o se c'è qualcosa che non va: sono arrivato a 54°C nel giro di 3/4 minuti. Sembrano pochi, ma non si riesce a tenere la mano sul motorino. Mi piacerebbe che qualche esperto mi dicesse se è normale oppure no. L'ho alimentato con alimentatore stabilizzato a 12V da laboratorio. L'assorbimento è decisamente elevato all'avvio (intorno ai 9 Ah) per poi stabilizzarsi a circa 6 Ah alla massima potenza. Alla velocità che mi serve (17 giri/min, 25%) assorbe circa 0,9 Ah. Tenete conto dell'assorbimento se volete comprare un regolatore di giri: ce ne sono tanti in vendita qui su Amazon che con un simile amperaggio brucerebbero con facilità. Con il regolatore che ho scelto, posso regolare i giri da 3 a 130 al minuto. Direi che è un'ottima gamma di velocità. È in vendita su Amazon.
