Easy to use SPD cleats for all
For those who are new to cycling with cleats on you shoes or for those who are experienced riders. These make entry and exits much easier than the single release cleats. I ride with 3 different pedal systems and find these are a pleasure for the times you have to make panic stops and can’t release in time only to fall over. Wish I had these sooner. You can’t go wrong with genuine Shimano quality. Highly recommended.

Quality cleats
Easy to set up with an Allen wrench. Cleats appear to be high quality, which is what I would expect from the shimano brand. Very good value for the cost.

The real deal.
These are the real deal. I was worried about fakes, but at least the set I got is working great and appears to be the real deal. I've been a huge fan of the MR cleat for well over 10 years. I use them primarily for road biking, and I've never failed to blow out when I need to, while they hold me in beautifully otherwise.

Works great for spin class
I got these cleats for the spin class at my gym and have been so happy with them. It took a couple of minutes to get the angles dialed in for my stance with my shoes but once I did it made a huge difference. I have noticed a huge difference in my power output and the overall workouts using these cleats. Best of all, they are really affordable compared to some of the other cleats out there and that was a huge bonus for me.

Much better for clipping out of Shimano pedals. These are wonderful for singletrack.

The Only Multi directional release cleats for me
I switched to using the SPD-MTB clipless system years ago. At first I struggled with getting out of the pedals. Most cleats are the standard SH-51, which require a lateral twist of the foot to release. This is very simiar to road clipless system. I foudn the SH-56 multi-directional release cleat to work all the time without too much effort. It stays mounted when pedaling and easily releases when simply moving my foot off of center.
