I’ve been using the Lefant N3 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for a few weeks now and overall, I'm quite impressed. The vacuuming capability is fantastic, with powerful suction that handles everything from fine dust to pet hair effortlessly. The lidar and ultrasonic sensors ensure efficient navigation, avoiding obstacles and stairs effectively. The smart features, like app controls, customizable no-go zones, and compatibility with Alexa, are intuitive and easy to use. I particularly appreciate the automatic carpet detection that ramps up suction power for deeper cleaning—great for households with carpets. However, the mopping function isn't as stellar. It works decently for light cleaning, but struggles a bit with tougher stains and doesn’t always evenly wet the mop pad unless you manually dampen it beforehand. The battery life is very good, covering my entire home on a single charge, and it conveniently returns to recharge and resumes cleaning automatically if needed. Customer service responded promptly when I had a minor setup question, which was reassuring. For anyone looking for an efficient robot vacuum with decent mopping capabilities, this Lefant N3 is a strong contender—just don't expect it to fully replace your traditional mop. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it for daily upkeep and pet owners.

Works good, Does its job. However make sure that you don't have any loose wires or cables around the house. Yes it will avoid them eventually, but still its not going to clear those areas very good. So in case if you have wires or cables around the house, make sure you fixate them properly so the robot vacuum don't drag them with itself. Other than that it works really nice! Mopping function also works good. However I would advice you to make the mop slightly wet with spraying water slightly before you start the mopping or just make it wet slightly with your hands or any other way (not too much though). It will make the mopping more efficient from the very start. Other than that the robot works perfectly well! and has several modes. I personally enjoying it! Would be perfect for those who own cats or dogs or for those who has long hair like me =D

The battery life on this is pretty good and overall it functions good and I think is pretty durable. The vacuum portion works great however the mop not that great. I noticed that it gets some of the edges but it doesn't get the middle in the mop. I'm guessing this either needs a thicker mop pad or some kind of adjustment. For the price I wish I would have done a little more research and bought a different model. A collection bin and automatic Filling Station would be ideal.

I really wanted to like this vacuum. When I first installed it on a weekend, the machine just repeatedly said " dust bin not detected". I did multiple things to troubleshoot and followed the manual. No matter what I did, it continued to say the same thing. I tried calling Lefant customer service but recording said they're only open Mon-Fri, 9a-5pm! That's ridiculous. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday and she said I would have to to do a "factory reset" on machine and I need to be there with machine while I am verbally instructed. I again told her I am at my place of employment during their customer service hours M-F, 9a-5p and people are normally working those hours. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to send an email requesting the factory reset instructions. What a confusing statement. I asked her to send them to me herself and she said she couldn't (in a somewhat condescending tone) and that I had to send an email to them! Needless to say at this point I was extremely frustrated and realized any future assistance I will ever need from them was going to be like this-none. So of course I returned the machine for a refund. That's unfortunate because I was excited for this machine but the customer service is terrible and no help (Side note: I discovered another customer on the internet with the same issue: Lefant robovac says "dustbin not detected", and customer said it was a sensor problem and had to return the machine as well). I rarely ever leave reviews, but I felt I need to on this one. Hope you have better luck.

El robot funciona muy bien y limpia bien y todo, pero no se consiguen repuestos y apenas se le dañó algo fue imposible seguirlo lo usándo

This vacuum has performed well over the last year. For the price when compared to other brands with similar feature set, this vacuum shines even better. Recently, one of the two side brushes managed to get tangled in a string from a balloon. This has happened 10+ times before with hair from dolls, small cloth pieces from our daughter's toys, and other strings left on the floor on occasion. This most recent time, the tangle caused a piece of the gear assembly for a side brush to break, preventing the brush from spinning. Upon removal of the side brush to verify the part, I was unable to purchase an aftermarket replacement. There are side brushed for other models, but not the N3. I contacted Lefant support and they shipped the replacement part free of charge. It was indeed the correct part and after replacing myself, the robot is back to its original state. Thank you to the Lefant support team for the prompt response and sending a replacement part that was otherwise not available.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner! It’s so good at cleaning my stained concrete floors that all of the cracks are showing now haha! I set her to clean a few times a day and it’s like having your own live in maid! I had it for about 9 months and it started squeaking so I reached out to their customer service team for the roller cover replacement since it wasn’t offered on the replacement parts list of their website. The black gasket had worn out and the soft felt pads had apparently fallen off. Within two weeks I had a total replacement at no charge. They definitely have their stuff together with this product! I recommend everyone to get this! Don’t wait just get it!

This has been a life saver since I've been going back to work full time. I love that I can just have it run every night while everyone is sleeping and wake up with CLEAN floors. We have a German shepherd that sheds like crazy and now we have no more tumble weeds of hair floating around the floors. I love that you can set no go zones, change the suction strength, and control everything from the app. You honestly never know how much dust gathers on your floor until you see all the dust this thing sucks up everyday. Crazy!
