I love the flavor of these! Not overly sweet like other brands taste to me, but not bland either! Literally the perfect amount of sweetness and I love that they use monk fruit sugar instead of regular- so much healthier! The price isn’t bad and you can use your HSA. These were a big help as I was getting over a nasty cold- and they really helped. I will definitely buy them again!

Best packets I’ve used yet, they’re not super salty like liquid iv. I purchased them to help with producing breast milk as the coconut water powder is supposed to help. They taste great!
