Bought this refurbished device to replace mine which had finally started having issues with touch screen etc - after 5 years of near-constant use. I loved getting Windows 11 (my original device couldn’t load it), and the updated power and speed. The price was fantastic and delivery in June came in plenty of time for me to activate the device and take it on a trip. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I absolutely love this. It works well if not better than my surface go 2. Easy set up and coming from someone who doesn't know much about setting up a tablet. It was super easy to set up.

Your CANNOT use a USB C-to- headphone adapter to watch videos or listen to music. All media horribly stutters while using one. Also, the ARM version of Windows frequently had issues and lockups, to the point that it thinks you're SSD is crashing and reboots.

This Surface was a backup for my aging Surface Go. I waited a few months before needing it. When I attempted to power it up for the first time it will not boot and shows a blue screen with "surface boot error". I have gone through Microsoft and followed all of the instructions. This was not a value. I am angry, frustrated, disappointed with the seller. And, the old Surface is dead. So I now have 2 dead devices... guess I won't be getting another Surface and NOT from Amazon refurbished.

Excellent quality. Looked and functioned as if it was new out of the box. Battery lasts all day in our shop environment and the perfect size for our needs

It was what I expected and like new. It works great and I haven't had issues since I started using it.

As you can see on the picture. It came in a new package, not original. But display has clearly visible scratches.
