Love this dip machine. It's very smooth and was easy to adjust seat to fit my stature.

Good value, feels sturdy
EDIT: One of the other reviews notes a problem with the arm handle design which I address in the video, it's not actually a problem if you set the screw to the right length Overall feels like good value has a lot of adjustability I like that the depth is actually a lot smaller than I expected so it fits into my work room better (there are some feet at the end that don't really take up any space) Also the range of motion it allows is pretty wide, so you can get it to a point where you can just do really fast reps without having it hit the top which is really nice I'm still waiting on some heavier plates but in the interim it's awesome being able to just crank out like 50 or so reps with a good range of motion without having to worry about clanking into anything It's very quiet which is just what I wanted

Great Tricep and Chest Workout
Great value and it was easy to assemble. Someone else mentioned the handles being a nuisance and that’s a fact. The handles shift around when you apply pressure. I just leave them pointing outwards. Otherwise it’s a strength building tool. My triceps and chest muscles get great activation.
