I disliked that these are extremely big like a human diaper. And yes postpartum you have blood loss and need big pads but nothing as big as that. Also doubt this is ergonomic for any underwear and doesn't feel comfortable to wear. I had to bin. And get some supermarket ones that are less wide, cheaper, and just the same thickness, without causing discomfort. Also have to replace the pad to ensure cleanliness so I doubt this size is appropriate. And also I d be worried if I had such severe blood loss to fill a pad this size.

They do the post partum job really well but have given me a horrible allergic reaction now which on top of the aftermath of labour, I'm less than comfortable with. To make matters worse, this is a "non returnable item", and I'm stuck with so many of these. So exhausted and in pain that the idea of fighting back on this is unbearable. Just be careful if you have sensitive skin.

genuinely terrible experience with these. size is too large, too wide on the crotch. the material is coarse and unpleasant…absolutely do not recommend this product, the word ‘premium’ is simply marketing because it’s the lowest quality possible

These are so wide compared to other leading brands, around twice the size. Totally impractical and amazons policy is not returnable, despite one of two packs being unopened. Disappointed this product is ‘Amazon’s choice’. Money wasted at a time in life where every penny counts.

Not happy with a quality...as we received damaged pads...later i have ordered one more also...i received product in a same condition. In received package 2-5 pads are damaged. There is no return also..Before buying please do check it. Am not happy

Not useful, it is just huge and does not stick properly. Doesn't serve the purpose.

I wish I had read the reviews, irdered them as I needed some maternity pads. These are not it, these are actually incontinence pads. I would return but I have already opened the bag.

Diese Wochenbetteinlagen sind super praktisch! Sie sind viel dünner als diese gewöhnlichen Vorlagen, die man im Krankenhaus bekommt und durch ihre ergonomische Form sind sie viel angenehmer zu tragen! In den ersten 1 bis 2 Tagen müssen die Einlagen öfters gewechselt werden, aber das müssen die normalen Vorlagen natürlich auch - und die sind einfach nicht breit genug, um Auslaufen sicher zu verhindern. Die Abena Einlagen sind vorne und hinten dagegen schön breit und haben eine Rückseite mit Klebestreifen, sodass man sie besser im Höschen fixieren kann. Mein Tipp: kauft euch schon fürs Krankenhaus diese Einlagen hier und verwendet sie in einem Wochenbetthöschen mit Beinausschnitt wie bei Panties. Das war für mich als Mama von 2 Kindern am gemütlichsten und am auslaufsichersten. Eine Packung der Einlagen reicht übrigens auch gut aus, denn nach den ersten Tagen, an denen der Wochenfluss noch sehr stark ist, wird er zusehends immer weniger und dann reichen auch zum Beispiel Binden für die Periode.

Amazing! Very much like the pads you get at the hospital but much more comfortable and not at rough on skin. I had a C-Section and it was not aggravating. I ordered two packages and still have one left over. Very very nice product!
