Best I have ever used
This was my first time trying this brand of creatine. Usually when I take creatine it upsets my stomach and I have joint pain. Not with this brand i have all positive results using 5% brand creatine.

Dissolves well, and tastes pretty good
I've been taking creatine for several months now, and I can attest to its benefits when it comes to working out. This combination of different types of creatine and the accelerator blend made me curious, so I decided to try it out. First things first, this thing tastes good, and I don't say this lightly for supplements. It produces a pink, fruit punch-flavored beverage that is quite pleasant to drink after a workout (I am not sure why it is recommended as a post-workout supplement, most of the creatine supplements I've seen so far are recommended as pre-workout ones). Second, it mixes easily, which is amazing for 5g of creatine - so far, my best experience with dissolving creatine was to split the dose into two 2.5g ones and get that to kind of dissolve in a glass of water. This powder is easy to dissolve, which makes me wonder what kind of sorcery is at play :) Even taking it after a fasted workout, I have no stomach upset or bloating issues. Looking at the blend, at least the HCl version is known to have better absorption than the creatine monohydrate version - it remains to be seen if the is a better effect for my body. My only concern with this formulation is that at over $1 per serving, it is expensive for creatine. But if you want a nicely flavored post-workout drink, you may want to try it out.

This is the best iv ever tried
This creatine is awesome. It actually works. Creatine really messes up my stomach pretty bad but this stuff doesn’t do that as bad as others. The flavor is odd at first but it works.

Genuinely surprised by how good the fruit punch flavor is
I'm no stranger to the protein/creatine workout shake drink craze, I've been trying different ones on and off since I was a kid and my parents had them in the house because, well, the 80s and 90s happened and everyone thought these drinks were liquid magic. And if you've ever tried a couple yourself you probably know that MOST of them taste terrible, have a tongue-torturing chalky or chemical texture/aftertaste due to the minerals/protein concentration that simply doesn't dissolve and get absorbed into the water/milk you combine it with, and, weirdly has a tendency to primarily come in the flavors of "Vanilla" or "Chocolate." Weirdly, it's that last one that caught me by surprise the most when I picked up this CreaTen container: it opted for the "Fruit Punch" route. That's actually a very pleasantly refreshing change of pace. I can't tell you how many different not-quite chocolate and not-quite vanilla flavors mixes I've seen by comparison. It's in the double digits. Fruit punch? Single digits. Maybe even countable on one hand. And what's even better? It's actually a pretty good fruit punch flavor. Yeah, you still have some chalky/chemical-y taste factor in there from the muscle-building additives that you're drinking this for, but it's still a good fruit punch flavor and that counts for something, because that means I don't need to haul out a blender and some frozen fruit or a banana to try to make the drink more palatable. I'm not saying I won't, just that I don't need to. On multiple days I just found myself mixing this into a tall glass of water and drinking it down. That's rare. ***Overall Value*** It's a well-flavored supplement drink, and in terms of personal gains while drinking it as part of your regimen, that's up to you. At this point hopefully you know what supplements your body does and does not react to, so look at the ingredients and determine if this has everything you need/want from a pre- or post-workout beverage.

Great creatine but…
This is a quality creatine and I love 5% Nutrition but these stuff wrecked havoc on my stomach. I had to stop using it after about two weeks.
